Traveling from Cooperstown to Niagara Falls, had the pleasure of stopping in to get some Greek food (which I never get to enjoy at home) at the Pita Palace. I’m gluten free so no pita; gyro, tzatziki, hummus was ON POINT! Service was fantastic, efficient; and she had a great smile!

The food is much better than what I would have expected in a food court. In particular, the chicken souvlaki is much more tender and flavorful than I would have expected, and the souvlaki salad looks better than the photos

The food was really good but they don’t even understand their own menu! I asked for tabouleh as they were out of rice and she was like what’s that? Um it’s on your menu. They also try to cheat you out of money. I paid for take out containers and they handed it to me on plates. When questioned she was like well you need to pay for take out and when I said I did she didn’t believe me till I showed receipt.
It’s like eating in a run down food court.

I was not impressed with the pita Palace. I ordered a lamb gyro and was given a beef gyro. this was quite disappointing, but after the long wait, I just ate it. It was below average in my opinion. I would not recommend this place nor would I return.

The cheese burger tasted so bad
It smelled bad
It was watery omg
Why they not use American cheese on it also.
I asked for refund of replacement
They said No
Service was poor- forgot my order and then had to wait for 40 minutes for my gyro- really?? Then I got turkey instead of chicken. Don’t waste your time or money here…
This Greek fast food restaurant is part of a food court inside a shopping mall.
The atmosphere is rather sad, but the staff is friendly and you can decide to order Mexican, Indian or Chinese food from the other restaurants present, consuming it at the communal tables.
The dishes are not memorable, but at least they are cheap.

It was a decent meal. It is a little pricey but for a tourist area it is expected. It seemed like they were short staffed but they definitely worked like a team. My order was done in less than 15 mins for 3 platters.

I really enjoyed the lamb pita that I purchased. They cooked it fresh and had the right amount of lamb meat, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and sauce. Highly recommended!

I ordered the lamb gyro, and it was delicious! It had the perfect amount of meat, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and sauce. The price was reasonable. It's a great food choice!

The chicken souvlaki salad was really tasty. My cashier was super nice, fair prices for the Falls.

So we came here last minute because of convenience. I ordered a chicken slovaki sandwich when I was halfway thru my sandwich it I saw a long hair wrapped around piece of chicken. Disgusting, but what can you expect when they are not even wearing head nets when preparing the food, plus overprice $22 for a crappy hair sandwich, if you have the choice to just get Doritos do that instead. They gave me another sandwich but I had already lost my appetite and so did the rest of the party I was dining with. Never to come here again and I would advise against coming here as well.

They gave me someone else's fries by mistake and took the money when I realized. I had the same order.
