I was staying in the hotel and was excited I could order from my room. They don't deliver though. The guy on the phone told me it would be ready in 10-15 mins. I went down 20 thinking I was late. Only to be told it would be a other 10-15 mins...it took over 30 mins before we got the call to say it was ready. I paid $83 dollars for 2 medium pizzas and 20 wings. The pizza was cold and the wings were burnt...I suspect the wings were reheated. The pepperoni lovers was super skimpy on pepperoni. Terrible experience....Ill return to the hotel, and will never order from there again. They should have looked at the pizza and never served it to anyone. It was terrible quality. We ate most of it because the kids were hungry, but as an adult, I was very displeased. I could have paid that much and got a better quality meal from a restaurant...next time I guess. You've been warned. I also see that it generally has low rating...I get it.

I was on trip with my family in Niagara falls and ordered medium pizza. Dough was extremely stale,overcooked , barely any pizza sauce, overall pizza was burnt badly and barely and veggies on top . Even after looking at that worst pizza , i encourage myself to try it and on second slice found an ant ? walking inside pizza dough , my spouse was extremely disappointed. When i confronted the lady at counter, she mentioned she put lot of pizza sause while making it( may be i had bad sight) as i neither tasted any or saw any . The guy at counter apologized for ant situation and offer another pizza / refund. As we didn't like pizza at first place we ask for refund only. Overall very bad experience there .

Food was raw undercooked. I was there with my eight-year-old daughter and the girl was very rude and disrespectful. They’re lucky I didn’t go back to my old gangster ways.
This is not a real pizza hut.. The worst pizza hut experience ever..

We got a meat lovers, the dough was different than what I’m used to/craving. It also wasn’t cooked enough, the dough was soft and the toppings were….idk… not great… I had a piece for breakfast the next day and the ham & pepperoni were dried out after reheating. (Yes I know it’s not going to be the same, but I’ve never had it dry out…like leather!!)
