I was on trip with my family in Niagara falls and ordered medium pizza. Dough was extremely stale,overcooked , barely any pizza sauce, overall pizza was burnt badly and barely and veggies on top . Even after looking at that worst pizza , i encourage myself to try it and on second slice found an ant ? walking inside pizza dough , my spouse was extremely disappointed. When i confronted the lady at counter, she mentioned she put lot of pizza sause while making it( may be i had bad sight) as i neither tasted any or saw any . The guy at counter apologized for ant situation and offer another pizza / refund. As we didn't like pizza at first place we ask for refund only. Overall very bad experience there .

It also wasn’t cooked enough, the dough was soft and the toppings were….idk… not great… I had a piece for breakfast the next day and the ham & pepperoni were dried out after reheating. (Yes I know it’s not going to be the same, but I’ve never had it dry out…like leather!!)

Our family love Pizza Hut so we are very happy to see one during our trip. The pizza is very delicious, with very soft cheese and great taste.This is a small one and it’s not airy not cool inside. Menu choices are limited. I’m OK with this. However it’s really under staffed. The cashier also has to make pizza and has to keep the customers waiting in line for orders. This is not the problem of her, she is very friendly and nice, but they need to add one more staff.

I'd like to say the pizza was delicious. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings and cheesy pull apart. When I placed the order the pull aparts didn't go on the order. I called customer service and they added it. Or so we thought. When the pizza was delivered...no pull aparts. I called customer service again and they had no idea of the order. Fine. Annoying but fine. The store then called me. A lovely associate named Anna. Said the pull aparts were on the way. She called again, asked for the address. She called back again.....the call center entered the wrong address!!!! I'm in Niagara Falls and they put a Oshawa address. Unreal. 5 for the pizza. 5 for Anna for excellent customer service. 0 for the call center.

I was in the Niagara Falls area in late August/early September 2022. It was really interesting tasting some of the foods from restaurants we would visit in the US. The Location was close to our hotel. We decided to go get a bite to eat. There is a dining area located inside the restaurant to sit and eat. The services aren’t as fast as I’m use to in the US but that’s okay because our food was made fresh and it was hot. We enjoyed our meal. This location accepts cash American or Canadian or card. This was also a very frugal meal. Try it you may like it and it may also save you some money. There is also a KFC and Baskin Robbins at this location as well.

Generally acceptable. Not enough sauce, and no crushed red pepper but what you would expect from pizza hut. At least you know what you will get for the most part. Not cheap, but good enough.
