We were so excited to eat here after a long day at niagara falls 3 weeks ago but were super disappointed when we arrived. Went to this location around 7pm on a Thursday and there was no one there (we saw one man inside). The sign said open but there were no cars around and the inside looked very empty and bare as if a handful of tables were missing. We actually thought it was closed based on what we saw and didnt try the door either because it all looked very uninviting. We went to pizza pizza instead and were equally disappointed.

Called them at 12:37 they said we are out of chicken then i placed order online then they called me said our oven is broken and we cant make pizza if its broken please close the store dont waste our time !!! Seriously stop playing and owner of the store take care what’s happening in your store

We had a great experience walking in and ordering carry out. JJ was exceptionally friendly and helped us get a good deal! The manager spoke to us and was also warm and friendly. The food was up to Pizza Hut standard, aka very good!

We had a wonderful experience! Anandveer provided excellent service — she patiently explained all the available deals to us and helped us make the best choice. The service was friendly and professional throughout.
We were also really impressed with how quickly the pizzas were prepared — we got them fresh and hot within just 10 to 15 minutes. The girl working at the maketable was incredibly fast and efficient. We were so impressed that we asked the cashier for her name, and she told us it's Komal — she definitely deserves a special mention for her speed and dedication.
Overall, a great experience and fantastic team effort. Highly recommended!
