Needed a quick lunch option between hockey tournament games and this definitely hit the spot. The 15.99 for a med pizza with 2 topping and garlic bread sticks and 2 pop is hard to beat. The service was friendly and quick and the food was delicious.

Got a large cheese lovers my daughter’s favourite and it was not even close to being what it should. There was t even enough cheese to be considered a cheese pizza … very disappointing to pay $25 for that!

What a...unique... experience. Visited tonight for the first time (locals in Niagara), NOT a typical Pizza Hut experience. Walked in and were greated by what appeared to be a kitchen staff member (nice enough staff), and told we would order from a window in the lobby and then find a seat. Half the restaurant was blocked off as it "wasn't cleaned". Sat down with a paper menu and was told to see everything else, use the website. Didn't appear there was any servers as no staff was at any tables. Utensils were wrapped in what looked like the cheap washroom paper towels. Didn't stick around long enough to order.. just a cold, empty experience, seemingly a cheap way to save a few bucks and cut back on expenses for a major chain.

They added Waffle Fries & Chicken Strips to their menu, but unfortunately I only got to try the Strips. They were REALLY good & REALLY crispy. However, for the Pizza, the chicken wasn't glued to the pizza. It kept falling off. And for one of the slices, it was ACTUALLY wobbly. And there's also an issue with the Mozzarella Sticks. One of the pieces had a good amount of cheese coming out, but the other ones barely had any. NOW, for the service. They actually got most of our food, but forgot to give my Honey BBQ Dip for the Chicken Strips. Instead, they gave me Garlic. So I had to tell them to give me Honey BBQ instead. However, the Honey BBQ dip was good! And, finally but not least, the interior & Atmosphere. The floor was.. Meh. Some messy stuff on the floor, but mostly clean. But I did like the Christmas decorations. However, there was only ONE decoration. And that was a Christmas Tree. They could use some more decorations. Overall, good location, but just needs to improve a little bit. I'll give it a 6/10.

Yesterday late afternoon around 5 pm we ordered the triple treat box. It was a take out order because the kids wanted some chicken and pizza. Since we were just there to celebrate Christmas and Boxing Day at Niagara falls. Food tastes great especially the chicken was crispy and juicy. The two pizza’s were good as well. The staff were so nice as well. Unfortunately, this morning, me and my husband woke up feeling so bad, we started throwing up and abdominal cramps was so bad. A few hours later, my son my crying complaining of the same symptoms. Fast forward, we weren’t able to enjoy our trip because it was cut short and got sick. We are home now with body pains, chills, diarrhea and vomiting. I didn’t take the receipt or the food but I have it in my Interac purchases. The name of pizza hut isn’t showing up yet but in few days, the name of the purchase will for sure show up. Good thing, I took a video of hubby yesterday because I wanted to post it in my facebook story,
I had one of my best experiences at this Pizza Hut, had a server named Joshua, best server I ever experienced. He was kind, respectful and made us feel as comfortable as possible. If the managers see this I hope he gets a raise

Ordering a window and not being served in the dining room was definitely a change from what we remember. We ordered our food and sat down in the dining room and, who we are guessing is the manager, walked the food to our table. We got a box that was a individual pizza and 5 boneless wings. For $11.49, it was a lot of food! The food was great. Exactly as we remember. We have no complaints about anything from our visit. The manager was so nice. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you.
So dine in is hilarious because you essentially serve yourself. I had to get up a billion times to get the pizza, the drink, the cups, the plates. It was pretty funny but the food was bomb.com. Best Pizza Hut pizza we have ever had. One worker was loud and yelling at customers but I gotta say her pizza was great so it’s ok.
