Shocked after talking to 3 employees who have all worked at Red Lobster over 25 years. They have not received their merit pins! Know wonder red lobster has corporate problems when u don’t recognize LOYAL LONG TERM Employees!! Hopefully with more than just a Lapel pin!!

We had a lovely celebratory dinner. The service was amazing. Lynne our server was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Our meals were delicious and plentiful. We will definitely be back.

Was ok, nothing special, tbh the only thing good was the biscuits, the server was ok but honestly the ambiance is just very blah and food was not great at all.

They were very busy as it was Mother's Day but they had everything in order and seating went smoothly. We had reservations so consider that so you don't have to wait for very long. Service was very good, food was good but expensive in my opinion. But it was a special occasion so we treated ourselves. Good experience overall.

Our sever Mandy was amazing! Such a sweetie! They have a fresh catch club where you can get a free appetizer or dessert for signing up and they send you other offers being subscribed!

Lovely experience, server Katie (I think) was amazing, she went above and beyond in her customer service. Our meal took longer than expected, we were absolutely ok with it. But our server wasn't having any of it and gave us our appetizer for free and very apologetic. Meal was delicious! We will be back.

Hostess at door was older & very rude, should not have someone like that greeting people. We even called ahead to make reservation & she said to just come in & hung up abruptly on me son. We were comped free appetizer by lady who seated us, I think because I asked the name of lady at podium.

Ordered the Steak and Shrimp special, steak was 1/4 gristle and the baked potato was over cooked served with margarine, not butter! Underwhelming meal.

Ordered online for the escargot and lobster soup. They didn’t include any biscuits or baguettes. Every time I ordered escargot it comes with buttered bread, that didn’t happen. Super disappointed.

Six of us had great dinners on Saturday night, Feb 22nd. We were asked if there was a special occasion. We told the waitress that it was our friends birthday. The server called her the birthday girl, which was really nice. However, we thought since she was asked if there was a special occasion, why didn't she get a free desert? If there Isn't a free desert or a discount, why would the server ask?

I was really disappointed. The salad has changed. The dressing may use is not the same. The baked potato had to be delivered late because apparently they didn't cook enough. I used to go there all the time. It seems to be going downhill in my opinion. For the two of us without drinks it was $120.

The only real seafood (chain) game in town, which has allowed them to slip in quality.

On my recent visit I'd rate overall as "B-", specifically:
Biscuits A+, Scallops A-, Walt's Shrimp A, Fish in Admiral Feast C-, Garlic Shrimp B+, Shrimp Skewers A, Lobster Bisque C-, Green Beans C-, Baked Potato B+.
