Great service! However, the food quality and portion size was horrible. The new menu is very limited and they don't allow substitutions of any kind. Definitely not the Red Lobster we all once knew! There are much better options, and value for money, in the vicinity.

We do not go out to eat very often but decided to go to Red Lobster because it was a favourite in my younger days. The waitress was pleasant and food arrived in a timely manner. The dishes were tasty but too much salt for mine and the wife's taste.

To start ... our waitress did not smile once during our 2 hour dinner. Being in the service industry I feel this is a must and should come natural . We felt like a burden to her. We asked for mayo and instead of just getting it she let us know that it would be a while before it got to our table because it was way in the back of things ??? She brought it to our table within 3 minutes . The hostess , who was very nice let me know how annoyed she was with the computer .Everyone seemed unhappy to be there . I asked our food runner for extra napkins and she seemed annoyed at this request. The calamari was cooked well but the batter was very moist and gluey . The mushroom caps were bland . Our bills were 60.00 each plus tip .. so we paid approx 75.00 each which in my opinion is fine dining pricing and I felt we got fast food Harveys service with Mc D's quality food . Very disappointed so say the least.

Very busy. Although we had reservations made weeks ago, we had to wait for an available table. We seemed to be in an overflow area, very cramped with diners. Server brought our main course before we finished our appetizers, and, took them back to the kitchen to "keep warm". We felt rushed. Food was good, with the exception of the corn, which was inedible.

Shocked after talking to 3 employees who have all worked at Red Lobster over 25 years. They have not received their merit pins! Know wonder red lobster has corporate problems when u don’t recognize LOYAL LONG TERM Employees!!
Hopefully with more than just a Lapel pin!!

We had a lovely celebratory dinner. The service was amazing. Lynne our server was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Our meals were delicious and plentiful. We will definitely be back.

Was ok, nothing special, tbh the only thing good was the biscuits, the server was ok but honestly the ambiance is just very blah and food was not great at all.

They were very busy as it was Mother's Day but they had everything in order and seating went smoothly. We had reservations so consider that so you don't have to wait for very long. Service was very good, food was good but expensive in my opinion. But it was a special occasion so we treated ourselves. Good experience overall.
Our sever Mandy was amazing! Such a sweetie! They have a fresh catch club where you can get a free appetizer or dessert for signing up and they send you other offers being subscribed!

Lovely experience, server Katie (I think) was amazing, she went above and beyond in her customer service. Our meal took longer than expected, we were absolutely ok with it. But our server wasn't having any of it and gave us our appetizer for free and very apologetic. Meal was delicious! We will be back.

Hostess at door was older & very rude, should not have someone like that greeting people. We even called ahead to make reservation & she said to just come in & hung up abruptly on me son. We were comped free appetizer by lady who seated us, I think because I asked the name of lady at podium.
