Our server was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and quick to notice it was a boys' night out. She recommended drinks and meals we'd enjoy, and she was right on the mark. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and we really liked the new additions to the menu. Highly recommend!

We were greeted at the door and seated right away. Our waitress served us quickly. She was very friendly, efficient and delivered our drinks within minutes of our order. The food was hot and cooked well when it arrived at the table. My guest and I loved the fresh buns that were provided at the beginning of the meal. We were given a bag to take our left over buns home in.
My one concern is that everything on my plate was deep fried. Fortunately, I had replaced French Fries with mashed potatoes. I would have preferred more variety on my plate so that not everything was deep fried. It made the meal very rich. I had the Admiral’s Dinner.

Do not recommend delivery. But also highly disappointed in the food. EXTREMELY salty and I love salt I dont ever complain but this was shocking. Delivery was not good, dasher “left” some of my order red lobster called me “monica” to be exact said to call the driver to turn around which is wierd? I ordered from your site why is it my problem to solve? Anyways the driver turned around tried to blame the dasher, but dasher had said he was NOT GIVEN all of my food. Food was cold by the time we got it. Took over 35 minutes to receive from the delivery guy. $230 dollars worth of food cold is not cool.

We had such a memorable dinner at Red Lobster tonight. Shared large app, 2 Lobster tails, garlic shrimp, skewer of grilled scallops, breaded shrimp 2 side dishes 1 large chocolate dessert with whipped cream and icecream and 2 glasses of wine. Lets not forget the endless hot biscuits. Our waitress was Amanda. A very classy lady ! Made us feel at home and very comfortable. A very classy server! Definitely will be asking for Amanda when we return. Portions were plentiful, hot, fresh and delicious.
The restaurant manager needs to give Amanda a lead position with a raise!

This is our favourite place to eat in Niagara Falls. We come to Niagara Falls three times a year, Feb, July, and Nov, and this is our first stop for lunch. We are always greeted with a friendly welcome, food is always fresh and well prepared. The waitress service is great, well organized and tentative. We have never been disappointed in over 20 years.

I want to share an unacceptable experience during my recent visit to your Lundy’s Lane location.
After our meal, I entered a tip on the payment machine. When the server saw the amount, she reacted by saying “Oh my God” in a rude tone. She also did not smile, greet us properly, or show basic courtesy throughout the service.
This made us feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and judged for the tip amount we chose. Tipping is optional in Canada, and no customer should be treated poorly based on how much they decide to give.
I am sharing this so that management can address this behavior. I hope steps will be taken to improve staff professionalism, especially toward customers who are simply paying for their meal.
