I made a reservation with a request through open table and Red Lobster didn't even look or try to accommodate my request. The request was to sit at a booth by the window and we were celebrating my Mom's 85th birthday. When we arrived I had my confirmation number for my reservation the person wasn't interested and didn't ask if there was any requests and tried to seat us at a table with hard wooden chairs which is very uncomfortable for my 85 year old mother and myself, who has had back surgery just 5 weeks ago. I feel that if I am taking the time in advance to book a reservation that Red Lobster should be at least looking reservations and making an effort to accommodating especially when the restaurant was not evan half full.

We have been to other Red Lobster restaurants and this one seemed different. The mussels were off and overcooked with no broth as was the shrimp linguine. The garlic shrimp and the bay biscuits was great as always! Our server came to check on us minimally and when a cocktail was ordered it never came and was completely forgotten about. Disappointing as we have truly enjoyed eating at the Red Lobster franchises.
