I made a reservation with a request through open table and Red Lobster didn't even look or try to accommodate my request. The request was to sit at a booth by the window and we were celebrating my Mom's 85th birthday. When we arrived I had my confirmation number for my reservation the person wasn't interested and didn't ask if there was any requests and tried to seat us at a table with hard wooden chairs which is very uncomfortable for my 85 year old mother...

If you enjoy seafood, generous portions, and warm service, this Red Lobster is an excellent choice. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food and drinks were fantastic, with generous portions. The cocktails were well-made and refreshing. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel welcomed right away. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and easy to enjoy, with a relaxed atmosphere that suits everything from a casual lunch...

Our server was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and quick to notice it was a boys' night out. She recommended drinks and meals we'd enjoy, and she was right on the mark. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and we really liked the new additions to the menu. Highly recommend!
