My daughter found this on our trip we always try to find something we do not have back home and this was the spot . When I say hands down the best burger I have had we ordered the loaded fries to share and as my daughter says mom ... this is awesome . the staff was amazing and the cook even came out and talked . I will say if you're in the area and looking to try something different it's worth the stop.

Kitchen is extremely filthy ask him to take a look at the kitchen where your food's getting cooked. I wouldn't feed my dog out of that kitchen. Rats running around outside the building it's a one-man band cooking your food because he owes everyone who's ever worked for him money so they have no employees long wait always out of half the menu. Absolute horrible neighborhood they have an armed security guard at night.Tourist beware of this place and guy. Don't say I didn't warn you

Never had an issue with their food! It is absolutely delicious! Just grabbed some food from there today and we absolutely enjoyed it! If you have never tried the food you should give it a shot! Promise you that you’re going to want more!!

My son and I went to Rock Burger. The staff was really nice, very attentive. The food we ordered was really hot when served. Also very flavorful. The store front was very clean. All in all had a very good experience.

Rock Burger is amazing. Every time I've been there the food is fresh, fast and fantastic, the owner is personable and engaging with customers, and the variety of burgers on offer is really good. They have some burgers you'd never think to try (the crab Rangoon burger is a personal favorite) but if you do you'll be glad.You might think it's pricey when you first see the menu but you get your money's worth.Vegetarian options: They have the beyond burger but (for obvious reasons) can't do a stuffed burger with it.

Rock Burger is hands down the best place to eat in Niagara Falls or anywhere! I've never had a burger like I did here. The ranch tater tots are next level! You can not go wrong with any of the selections on the menu. I highly recommend Rock Burger!

Tried this place for the first time today. Food was okay. Service was fine. We decided to eat in. Place was gross. Needs a good clean and wipe down. I know it’s a burger place but the floors were filthy and it grossed us out. Only one person was working so food took a while to come out. The worst part was the cook came out with one glove on and I literally watched him grab the phone, back of a chair, dragged it along the counter etc etc and then went back and cooked with it. Cool concept with stuffed burgers, but I’m all for places serving food to be clean.

They have a wide variety of signature burgers that you can choose from to make the decision easier. Great owners and awesome prices. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a great lunch with loads of flavor.

Food was amazing. John was working by himself so there was a wait but he was upfront about it and so friendly. Gave us great recommendations. When we told him we had gluten and dairy sensitivity in our group he was great at telling us what not to get. Stuffed combinations seem weird but they are amazing. We are from Arizona and this was our first stop to eat in NY. Definitely will come here again if we are in town.

I want to order that Rock Sauce as my beverage. Best burger I have ever had. The French fries are good and they offer different seasonings. The guy at the counter Jason was very friendly and explained the menu and the different options. The need to be open 24 hours because they have ruined all other burgers for me.

Can not recommend Rock Burger more highly. Service is always personal and friendly, and the food is insanely good. My go-to is the Oreo stuffed burger. Yes, seriously - it’s AMAZING. I ordered rock burger through doordash today. After about an hour of waiting, we called the restaurant and they told us that our order had just been sitting there. So after another 30 minutes of waiting we just drove to the restaurant to hungrily collect our food. When we arrived the staff were very very helpful and they remade our food fresh and didn't charge us any extra fees. 100/10 service. This is my new favorite restaurant.

I grew up in the restaurant business and know how difficult it can be. This restaurant is top tier. From their food, to their staff etc… nothing is lacking. Every time my wife and I go there we are greeted with a smile and treat us like we are regulars and are there everyday (we unfortunately can’t eat here more often due to my location). Absolutely fantastic burgers and I never leave hungry. Highly recommended.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Rolls are available!
