The drinks were good. The food was horrible! I ordered the spinach dip. The dip had so much cheese you couldn’t enjoy the spinach. I decided to replace with the nachos with meat. The beef was old! My main meal was fried haddock with fries. The fish was hard and had no taste. The food was old!!!! I will never patronize this restaurant again while visiting Niagara Falls. The waitress should be designated close by even if not busy. I shouldn’t have to get out of my seat to find them.

Second time at trying this restaurant as the first was horrible but didn't want to judge. Come to Niagara very frequently and I will only tell people to avoid...yes, location is key but holy moly go to Wendy's and save yourself! I went with my daughter again tonight, half the food was so burnt (spinach dip) and the fish was old (grey) it was not edible. I had to actually walk around restaurant to try and find someone. Waitress laughed took gross fish I didn't eat then never returned...so needless to say we felt so uncomfortable as there were no other people eating in the restaurant and somehow I was charged still for the fish she took away??? . Please stay away. I had to spend over 90$ and yet we never ate?

Cant remember the mans name but he looked like mr clean and completely bald. Service seemed fine until he followed my girlfriend to the bathroom asking multiple uncomfortable questions and following her right to the doors. If you want a unpleasant experience, please visit rapey tueadays. Save your monwy or go literally anywhere else. Unsafe, not enjoyable and ruined our trip for the next hour. Lucky the cops were not involved.

Food was barely edible. Service was sub par. But the worst offender was the beer on tap which did not even taste like beer at all let alone an ipa. Something is seriously wrong with the beer dispensing machine, maybe it’s mouldy on the inside and no one bothered to clean it. Either way total ripoff.

We were all hungry, as we had just arrived at Niagara Falls. We looked around, before spotting Ruby Tuesday. We walked inside, before we were taken to a table. The waiter asked for our drinks, which then quickly arrived. My dad looked at his beer glass, before noticing how dirty it was. He wiped it twice and there was a stain on his finger. I ordered a coke, which was flat. I would’ve rather just drank water. But meanwhile, the food? At least fifteen minutes. Once the food arrived, I looked at my plate, which was the Crispy Macaroni and Cheese. I knew exactly what it was. It was those cheap, microwaveable Macaroni and Cheese! My mom used to make them for me all the time, so I knew what it was. Meanwhile, I looked at the chicken. For a thirty dollar meal, the piece of chicken wasn’t even real. It was just batter. Me and the rest of the family were almost struggling to find one decent part of each others meals. The chicken wings that my dad ordered were dried wings with cajun seasoning that never came. My sister ordered the bacon cheese pretzel burger, which came with poutine that we paid extra for. The fries were stale and the gravy was clumpy. The burger on the other hand came with a cold and stale pretzel bun. The lettuce wasn’t fresh, and it was also dry. After this visit, the bill was over $100, even though none of us really had any good food. But we eventually paid anyway, and left. About an hour after I left, my stomach started to hurting and I felt like vomiting. The only thing that I had ate until that point was the Macaroni I had ate at Ruby Tuesday. I think that it was the chicken, because my sister also ate a bit of my macaroni and she was fine. Only I ate the chicken. My stomach was aching for a while, and after this whole, awful experience, I’ll never come back, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else.
