My family and I went to visit today and we absolutely fell in love with the actual diner feel of this establishment. Walking in was so cozy on this rainy Thursday! For sure a family friendly place. Staff and service were very sweet and attentive. Even gave my little dude some crayons and paper to draw on while we waited for our food. We ordered the kids silver dollar chocolate chip pancakes, mushroom and Swiss burger with fries (fries we're well seasoned and overall phenomenal), and my fiance had their biscuits and gravy(they were generous with the gravy ). We enjoyed every bite of our food. Nothing left behind. Parking was plentiful, and an easy place to find right on the boulevard. They have booths available as well as regular tables. Open everyday except Mondays. Wish we had photos to share but unfortunately the food disappeared pretty quickly. A little additional note: food does take a bit to come out (which was fine for us) as I believe everything is made to order and def worth the wait. Thank you for serving us today. We will definitely be coming back

This is a small, local breakfast and lunch spot. The food was fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast that was perfectly cooked. The portions were plentiful. The people were very friendly and welcoming. We found this place while on a road trip, and were greeted like old friends. Glad we ate there!

Drove there with Google saying the restaurant was open, but they were on vacation. Would be nice if you adjusted your schedule so as to not inconvenience your customers.

I’m a white woman who’s husband is black this place is absolutely racist the way the looked at us like a side show and how they didn’t come back to our table until she came with the bill was utterly ridiculous not knowing my husband makes high 6 figures as a talent scout for the buffalo bills and had just left Josh Allen’s house 30 minutes before we ate there I would never ever recommend this place to anyone

Should have checked comments before I went in. Sad to see I’m not the only colored person that went to this restaurant and felt mistreated. Food is average and the treatment to my family by the waiting staff was awful. Would go to another table and sound really pleasant, but would come with a face rushing us when it was time to order. Then the waitress was surprised when my husband was waiting for his $50 of change for a bill that wasn’t much.

Racist! In all possible ways you can explain it. First off me and my brother are Hispanics and active duty marine corps. We have a big family, and we took a family trip up to Niagara Falls. I chose Salisa’s as the reviews were good. Upon being seated the older waitress was very rude, but my mom kept telling me to hold my tongue and be kind. We occupied approximately 4 tables in the small establishment. When an older Caucasian customer walked in the older waitress looked at them and said “good luck dealing with this mess” and rolled her eyes towards my family. Disgusted by the treatment and being rushed to order I hardly touched my food. When I walked out of the restaurant and “STILL LEFT A TIP”. The waitress comes over and says “my dog wouldn’t even leave a plate like this.” It took everything in my power not to cause a scene that day. My dad said “god doesn’t like ugly and we left.” The pancakes were also extremely dry and she wondered why I didn’t eat two the size of the plate. If you are anything besides Caucasian I suggest eating elsewhere.

We had breakfast here earlier today and were very pleased. The food selection was unreal, portions were generous and the staff very friendly and helpful. Small restaurant where you could enjoy your meal without a lot of noise... you could actually have a conversation.

Delicious. It's very small but the food was great and well priced. One of the best diners
They have a very small building and they have maximized seating with booths, tables and counter seats. A nice place usually filled with locals.Parking: They also have parking behind the building

Been coming to Salisa for many many years. Today, wasn’t the best. The older waitress was rude, fake and concerned with her regulars. (Who seemed to be upset that we were sitting at their booth) Waited for food and it was 11am. The roast beef special was swimming in water. Not sure how I spent $50 for two lunches and one was a special. Going down hill?
