Sam usual girl who answers the phone took my order spite the came and gone new girl that didn’t give me my 2 L with my order one night at pick up at closing time do not leave a note that it was not received. Despite the lack of proof. A new girl did not leave. I am a regular that calls all the time and Sam so kindly Insisted on paying for the 2 L now, not about the 2 L or the money, but on mere principal. It was not her responsibility or job to cover this matter but she yet chose to go that extra mile just for customer satisfaction

Took over 2 hours to get my delivery,pizza was overdone to the point I could barely eat it,the fried pickles were cold as ice and the wings were hot but were soaking in franks and not crispy at all ,wish I would have ordered from some other spot,the delivery driver was cool but that was seriously the worst pizza I've ever had i should have sent it back but I had just drove 8 hours and just wanted some good wings and pizza but this place is not it 1/10(only getting a 1 because of how nice the people were on the phone and the driver) shame on the kitchen for even putting that pizza in a box

Order the steak and cheese sub light mayo no oil and steak and cheese sub did not have white male and had a lot of mail on it but my husband said it was fine but my order on the other hand a small chicken finger sub chicken fingers barbecue no tomato add banana peppers but when I get my food there's cheese on my chicken sub so I called and asked what all comes on a chicken sub and they said lettuce tomato onion and that's it so why do I have cheese so disappointed made me sick I'm allergic to cheese now I get to sit up and be sick for the rest of the night thanks Sammy's

I had to return my pizza because it was burnt, I ordered wings plain and all they did was drop them in the grease with no type of seasoning salt or anything on them. It took me two days to get a refund on my pizza the girl Samantha that originally took my order when I came in to ask about my refund and I brought the pizza back which they told me to in order to get my refund,she got on the phone with someone she said was the manager and carried on a long conversation with this person and answering phones taking orders while I stood there for about 10 minutes with her walking around pretty much ignoring me and then telling me she didn't have authority to give me my refund. There was a young lady with her with blonde hair I think was a bartender came up and was saying she would make my pizza over which I told her I didn't want another Pizza. Then Samantha said that I would have to speak to the owner by the name of Sam or Lori which neither one was ever available to talk because I called back the day they told me in the morning at 11:00 a.m. I asked to speak to Sam or Lori and they said they were too busy they couldn't come to the phone and they will call me back by 2:00 p.m. when I called back around 2:15 they said they weren't there they hadn't even been into the restaurant and I called them on it and said they told me they were there earlier so they pretty much gave me the runaround I felt they thought I was just going to go away and Let It go. So when I finally went in there and got my refund two days later the lady that gave it to me said that she had authorized them to give me my refund the night before but Samantha was playing around and was lying and telling me she couldn't do it she couldn't go into the register or anything to give me my refund. I'm from Ohio and my experience with them was horrible I've never given anyone a one-star before but I will never go back there again if I'm ever back in Niagara falls New York. I do appreciate the young lady that did give me my refund but the rest of them it was a horrible experience when I asked Samantha if they had any dry seasoning she gave me some lemon pepper sauce and when I spoke to her about putting seasoning she said oh you wanted them plain. I'm used to people putting some type of seasoning salt or something on the wings not just giving some bland no tasting wings besides soaking them and tossing them in sauce. I was a cook and a restaurant manager. This was totally unacceptable and unprofessional.👎🏿👎🏿🤮 I have read past reviews and they have a lot of the same complaints burnt pizza wings with no taste and flavor, extremely bad experiences. And always ask did you call the restaurant to rectify the situation, well when you call there or go there they give you the runaround.

Very good upstate New York Pizza. Cooked perfectly with cup and Char pepperoni. Their crust has great flavor and crunch. Wings were good as well. Local hangout that made you feel at home. Many family members working that made sure things were done right.

I am sitting in here as I write this review… We ordered a pizza… 30 wings and a Steak Sub.
The sub came out 5 min after we ordered. 45 min later… the pizza and wings haven’t come out yet…. Kinda crazy!!!
Why send out 1 persons food and not the others…
Honestly… there is 2 other tables in the restaurant.. not busy at all.
We love this place…. But this might be our last straw!!
