Very disappointed. I ordered the full tray and wing special. Drove all the way from sanborn for pick up and the order was terrible. The pizza was burnt damn near black and there were weird pieces of chicken wings. I called the store to complain. They asked did i want the order remade but i declined because it would take another hour. We ordered out at work and had to get back to work. I was embarrassed as I am the one who suggested Sammys. I told the person who answered the phone to just give me a discount next time and she hung up in my face. Sad because I actually like sammys but the order and service were unacceptable. Food is too expensive now a days to be treated like that.

We ordered delivery through the restaurant (not through DoorDash, etc) and our order arrived 40 minutes past the estimated delivery time. The food arrived cold and the pizza was not good. The crust was good, but the sauce, toppings, and cheese didn’t taste fresh. I don’t know how much of a difference it would have made if our pizza had not sat in a delivery vehicle for more than 30 mins. I’d recommend skipping the delivery and trying this restaurant in person. The mozzarella sticks and the donuts were very good though.
In response to the business’s reply: We did call twice to discuss how long the order was taking, and when it was expected to arrive. We were told twice that it would be there “soon”. Even after saying we were frustrated, there was no “sorry” or “how can we make it right?” from the person on the phone. I asked to cancel and refund the order, but was told it would be there soon, so there was no point in canceling. It is disappointing to write a review and only have it be addressed 4 months after the fact.

These aren't the worst sandwiches I ever had from Sammy's. They dry. There's no oil or Mayonnaise on neither one I askedlTurkey small Turkey. I got 2 steak and cheese with no cheese dry. Don't make subs, don't get sucked worth subs I've ever had.

I placed order on July 2nd for full tray. I arrived early and sat and waited patiently until my 40 mins were up what told on phone. I ask on my pizza. Find out no one ever put it in the oven so now I pay FULL PRICE AND WAIT TEICE AS LONG. Horrible management on customer service especially when they make all these excuses. Our pizza guy is old, we got a truck today, blah blah. Justify not getting treated correctly. This better not happen again or I will DEMANAD A discount. The food is great but service here I guess needs training....

Honestly. I’m done ordering from Sammy’s Pizzeria. This is now the third time I have ordered from them and they have forgot multiple items or my food. I get it’s late and shit but I was gonna give you guys one last chance cause I do enjoy your food and shit. But when it comes to me not eating all day, having a rough day and just want to eat, smoke and go to bed, now I gotta deal with this shit. Like come on. You guys are the only place I have these issues with. Maybe put the receipt on the bag to make sure everything is there before leaving to not waste YOUR gas having to go back to pick up the shit you guys forgot. And you guys are about to close in 2 minutes. I better have my food and mind you this, this is the only place I tip. Everywhere else like DoorDash or uber I don’t tip so you guys should be grateful.

Ordered a “steak hoagie” and this is what i received, called the store and the person i talked to was very nice, explained to me that it was a new cook but shouldn’t nobody be selling this!!! Paid $22.38 FOR 4 big cooked pieces of steak ums with mayo , oil and banana peppers in it, worst food experience EVER since I’ve lived in Niagara Falls New York! This was my first time trying and my last!

What a great meal we had. Service was great. Food was delicious and hot and LARGE Portions. Did take some home. Salad was crisp, tomatoes, croutons. It was a fun evening out with family and a wide variety of menu offerings too.

Had a wonderful experience after visiting Niagara Falls. Food was almost as amazing as my server Crystal who was so kind and attentive. Also the endearing small town American vibes made it a wonderful escape from the tourist traps at Niagara Falls.
