Oct 13 at approx 12:00noon. Waited in line for about 15 minutes or more. Once at the counter, another employee shows up, and I politely said great two employees now. Up to that point, there was just one guy working hard all by himself. Once I said that comment, she looked dead pan at me and said nothing. Not at all friendly or aware that so many people were waiting so long in line. While writing this comment, there are three employees now at the counter. Fyi Starbucks should never allow just one employee by themselves.
Update--- Got a automated reply from Starbucks. Gave me a link and it was useless.

This is the worst starbucks, makes u never want to go to one again, they had no clue how to make a London fog, they seemed so lost didnt even know what teabag there was no vanilla nothing just a plain tea I spent alot of money for, they where out of oat milk, lemonade strawberries. Just went on, horrible!!!!!

Wanted to get a bumble bee cake pop. This cost me almost $4.00. They aren't very big. While it was delicious and the service was fast and friendly, it's just too expensive for this item.

I don’t believe the staff is adequately trained. I always order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew at Starbucks, and this one wasn’t mixed properly. I have also encountered the cafe being closed in the middle of the day during posted hours.

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with the new spiced apple syrup to make a caramel apple frapp the girl was super nice and loved the idea she did a great job making it look instagram-able and was very friendly
