I’ve been here 50 times and every time it’s something different, I work on the hill and I wear my uniform when I go in to this location and usually they give me a locals discount or take off the tourist charges / taxes but today the worker said no and I told him I usually get it and he refused. Won’t be going to the location again.

service was such a bed . it was friends birthday she ask for free coffee but they guys didn’t want to make it and behaving so rudley with me on my birthday. also says your account was not working while i am using my account since so long. there was a slim girl was wearing glasses and boy as well .

I am extremely disappointed with this Starbucks location. Despite the tax break in place, they still charged me GST/HST on my purchase. When I brought this up to the manager or supervisor, they refused to acknowledge the mistake and outright declined to issue a refund. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers. Businesses should adhere to tax regulations, and this kind of overcharging feels unethical. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge others to double-check their receipts before leaving.

Workers messed up 2 drinks in front of me, making wrong size, and iced coffee instead of regular.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair accessible. I'm in a wheelchair and the employees saw me struggling to get in and open the door and didn't help. When I left I kindly asked if they could hold the door for me I had to ask a few times and I seemed to be a burden on them. To make it worse the place was empty.

I like this cafe. Very kind manager and warm atmosphere. Every products was so good. We order venti size ice corffee.
NOTE: The prices here have been doubled or higher. I am sorry but it is a blemish to rip off your clients who trust you with this price. Franchise stores regardless of where they are should maintain their consistency. I give 5 stars because the staff there are beautiful people.

This place is a rip off. They charged me a tourist tax, failing to inform us of this extra charge. In addition, I ordered ONE extra shot of espresso and was charged for FIVE.
When I asked, the staff was rude, dismissive and just did not care. People are better off walking the extra distance to the other Starbucks and AVOID this one!
