I cannot say enough good things about Scarlet, the barista who completely made my day. She radiates kindness the moment you walk through the door; the kind of warmth that instantly lifts your mood. Scarlet doesn’t just serve coffee; she creates an experience that feels personal, welcoming, and genuinely heartfelt. Her smile is contagious, her positivity feels effortless, and the care she puts into every drink is truly remarkable. It really felt like she knew me. My drink was perfect. Better than perfect. It was made with the kind of attention and pride that you rarely see (especially within a corporation like Starbucks). You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Scarlet treats every single customer like they matter. She remembers faces, offers thoughtful suggestions, and makes even a quick coffee run feel special. People like her are the reason Starbucks feels like a little bright spot in the day. Skylon Tower Starbucks is incredibly lucky to have someone as exceptional as Scarlet. She turned something ordinary into something memorable, all through her kindness, talent, and genuine heart. I honestly wish every store had a Scarlet!!! If you ever get the chance to stop by when she’s working, do it. I will definitely be back for her. She’s truly amazing.

We stopped by this Starbucks with our kids before heading to the Skylon. My son accidentally broke a mug, and when I offered to pay, the staff just smiled and said, “It’s okay.” Great coffee, friendly people, and a very welcoming atmosphere.

The brunette lady who served us (I unfortunately did not see her name tag) was incredibly rude, and instead of taking responsibility for making one of our drinks wrong, she blamed her co-worker and had a disgusting attitude about it. I hope that the staff at this location can be properly trained, and learn how to respect their customers. It’s common decency at this point, please do better.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Nice little patio area away from all the hustle and bustle capturing the sun. Coffee is as you’d expect from Starbucks (i.e. a bit terrible for my European tastes but my partner likes it) and the 2 girls serving were very quick, efficient, and pleasant.

One of the worst Starbucks staff ever The lady was not ready to take order and was busy chatting with other staff. Not at all welcoming and then making weird faces. When I asked for the ketchup , the staff was like I can’t give you ,until you pay for it. I didn’t know until now that 25 cents is the charge just for ketchup .
The staff here are not welcoming. They don’t even ask for the customers name. At one point, the staff unable to determine what I ordered because me and the other customer ordered several Mango dragon fruit lemonade. I told to the staff that next time ask for customer’s name and it seems that they don’t understand what I just told them.

Hold on a minute. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. When we got here we didn’t even check the Google reviews and I am glad. Our barista Erica made us a Lavender Shaken Espresso that was immediately consumed. I won’t drop the formula here but believe it was a 5/5 handcrafted drink by her. I asked for the exact recipe but I wonder if another Starbucks will be able to replicate this. Seriously was impressed

I had one of the worst experiences at this Starbucks branch. The staff was not welcoming at all, and it took quite a while to prepare our drinks.
There was a woman, who seemed to be in charge, with a bossy attitude, which made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable.
Overall, I did not feel comfortable there at all. The rating that this branch has earned is quite appropriate. Definitely not up to the usual Starbucks standards.
