Servers looked like they hated their life! They made me feel bad just to order and dirty looks whenever I wanted to customize my drink (that's literally what Starbucks is known for). Then I noticed my drink was done wrong and I asked for any condiments which they say is upon request and I got met with more hostility and just immediately shut down. Honestly the Starbucks itself is a nice location and easy access, but don't bother spending your money here for the quality of drink and service

We were there on Aug 14 around 8 pm with family that were visiting from Vancouver and the attitude of one of the staff there made everyone uncomfortable! There was a girl with white curly hair that gave us attitude as soon as we got in! Not sure why! Maybe she had an issue with our ethnicity! Honestly, not sure what was going on. I told her colleague (a guy) and he was very apologetic but the girl was very rude and even though she overheard me complaining to her colleague about her attitude, she completely ignored us and didn’t make any effort to make up for her unjustified rudeness and attitude!! Very disappointing!!
Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! Service sucks. Toilets are so stinky and no water to flush. Coffee was okay but the staff was so rude!

All I needed was water and I asked the customers in line if I could cut in front and they let and when I got to the front counter their manager said I had to go back in line because water it’s 0.50 cents and I had to do the line of 20 people …..I was almost fainting from dehydration and she could easily see it on my face. Service here was the worst in all of the places I visited while in Canada .

Today there was 2 girls that didn’t let me use my stars card, didn’t help us with the drinks, and could not use my tap card either. They were laughing all the time instead of giving a good service. Starbucks quality as good as always but this girls service really bad
