I was in the right place at the right time. Along with my coffee I scored a Java Frap. So tasty. Their products are consistently good. What makes my experience is the staff. So friendly and courteous. And I'm not just saying that just because I have some caffeine in me. If you are ever at the Niagara Fashion Outlets, stop and treat yourself.

Service to order was slow. The cashier was preoccupied with his co-workers trying to figure who was going to take their break than servicing the customer standing I front of him.... barista was fast considering the line up that was created. Been here many times and overall service was is good. I would still come back.
