Consistently great service

Starbucks really need to get rid of mobile orders! That takes the time away from valued customers waiting! I know you’re a greedy company but I won’t go back and I wouldn’t do a mobile order because it’s not fair to the people who can’t order online and have to wait. It’s ridiculous

Was told they were done serving 10 minutes before closing and not allowed to enter store. Wasn’t able to get coffee or allow my 6 year old to get a drink refill or use washroom before a 14 hour drive even though we were there before closing time.

I always get the same drink from Starbucks and the quality is great but whoever made my caramel macchiato at this location on Jan. 6th at 11am should know that the drink tastes like literal water

Typical Starbucks overall, however we found that Jalen was an exemplary employee who worked efficiently and with great professionalism. The location was very busy and he managed the customers and the staff diligently. Under pressure, he spoke respectfully to his fellow staff to ensure efficiency, and was announcing who's drink he was making to ensure customers knew they were not forgotten amidst the busy-ness. We felt he deserved recognition as he really impressed us!

Ordered a customized drink he seemed confused and I ordered a venti they punched in grande and I said oh i ordered a venti and he argued with me saying I ordered a grande. I ordered a venti never said grande once. It’s fine I didn’t want a free upsize but as a Starbucks barista at a different location don’t argue with the customer when you make a mistake.

I'd like to give my sincere appreciation to Abbie and Celeste.
Abbie was a tremendous help over the phone on a special order I was trying to complete. She walked me through it and took the time to make it just right.
Abbie was patient and very attentive with me as I was trying to explain my order.
Celeste answered my call the next day regarding an issue I had with a prepackaged item. Celeste listened and was quick to apologize and take care of the item mentioned. She was so polite and the way I'd want my managers or supervisors to be. Attentive, polite and sincere and a quick problem solver.

Thank you Abbie and Celeste for your absolutely amazing service. Because of you two employees and your superb attitude , I will enjoy coming back.
