We ordered salads today and were told 50 min wait. Ok I get they may be busy and the food is amazing so worth the wait. However, my co worker went to pick up our food and still had to wait as we always do, for the food to be ready. And for the 2nd time in a row the order was incorrect. And to make matters worse she was shamed for not tipping! The woman at the register actually asked her why she doesn’t tip! She felt so uncomfortable and now we won’t be returning. I tried to call and speak with a manager or owner. However the same woman who asked for tips, put me on hold and never came back. I waited 19 min on hold before I had to get back to work. So I’d like to say this may be a good indicator of why you lack in tips. Please don’t embarrass your customers. Tips on take out are a bonus so be thankful for the ones you get.

This is exactly the type of eatery that Niagara Falls needs. I had the arancini special yesterday: easily the best I've had outside of Italy. My friend's sammich was completely on-point: layered with flavor and had a great ratio of bread to fillings. Finally, the orange chocolate brownie was unbelievable. I tasted cocoa and orange in equal measure. I can't wait to go again

we are from out of town and were very confused walking into this old school-like building. when we came in, wow. the service was amazing. our server was so sweet. the kitchen was a little slow but she told us it was just her and the cook here today. my husband and 3 kids and i all agreed we’d wait all day to eat this food again! it was soooooo good and such great quality. you can tell everything here is made with love and nothing rushed. our oldest said “let’s come back here next year” i said to the falls or this restaurant? he said “just for this food!” please come eat here if you’re in town!!! 10/10

I'm not going to lie I would never dare eat from The old Niagara Falls high School it smells like the sweaty people who went here 😂 The food smells good but I ain't eating it not even for free.
I had heard good reviews of food. We went at lunchtime. They were very busy with takeout orders. If you are in a hurry, I would suggest placing your order ahead of time. Food was delicious. Soup, sandwiches,dessert. Can't wait to go back. Hard to find, red door, hard to park. Worth all the effort. The cook is a genius with flavors and combinations.
