“I recently visited the Subway at 5765 Victoria Ave in Niagara Falls, and I had an amazing experience.

Simer make sub for me ,She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive while making my order..

The store was clean, well-organized, and the service felt fast and welcoming.“

“The staff at this Subway restaurant is awesome! They remember the usual orders of their most frequent customers, of which I'm one - as soon as I walk in, if one of the cashiers who knows me best is tending, she'll get my medium coffee cup and three half-and-halfs, and meet me with them at the counter! One time, the coffee, which is usually hot, happened to have been sitting for too long; when I mentioned this, another cashier switched it out for me immediately, and brought me a new cup and creamers! The submarine rolls and various other items are fresh-finished in their in-store oven; this Subway is located inside a Walmart Super Center, to the left of the the Market entrance, and the fragrance of spicy baked goods is the first thing you notice when you walk through the door! I do eat lunch there sometimes as well, and their vegetable submarine is wonderful! The cinnamon sugar soft pretzels are great, too, and so is the popcorn! Several of the tables here are high-stool, but there are three booths and plenty of lower tables, and lots of room for handicapped access; Walmart's accessible restrooms are located right nearby. As a bus traveler and a frequent Walmart shopper, this is one of my favorite stops - see you on Monday, guys! :)“

“I switched to this location from the one in the Tops Plaza due to that place just going downhill. My subs just taste better at this one haha.One thing I would say is that they need to inform the employees that they need to change their gloves before going back to finish making someone's food after handling money.“
