Today I went this location and there is a man works around 4pm and I was standing around there from 10-12 minutes and he is serving other people first, even I stood there from a lot of time. I didn’t get my food while he gives me disrespect overthere in front of 4 people. He is still ignoring me. And then I leave and he never ask me anything…. Which is too careless and disrespect.

What was with the rush? I came into the store to order two subs, one for myself and one for my father, but i only managed to order one sandwich because the sandwich artists were rushing! I was so upset by the customer service I just ended up purchasing the one sandwich and leaving because I was so flustered by how rushed they seemed. At the time of my order there was only four people in the store, one sitting down, myself, and a mother and daughter so there was no need to rush the order, on the customers end it feels really crappy!! I’m more upset over the way I was treated vs not receiving my food. I’ve been coming to this specific location for a long time but I’m not sure I will return.

Hello came here @11:30 but no veggies for tandoori mozza sub literally onions peppers and lettuce was there i think if you are still open please at-least have stock and if not at least fill up if customer is asking

Always quick and easy to get subs here. Parking is a mess if you don't know the secret way out of the parking lot of leaving on Lundy's lane instead of Drummond road they could bring back the tables to make us not feel as pushed out after getting your subs made.

It's OK. A little cheap on the ingredients. I felt like he was paying for them himself. I like lots of veggies, geez. But it was clean, that's more important.

We ordered our subs on the app, but they weren't ready even though the app said they were. 20 minutes after the ETA, still not done. And yet people who walked in 15 minutes after we ordered got theirs immediately.
We also asked for extra marinara sauce on our meatball sub, twice, and then they didn't put ANY on it??? Bone dry.
