We ordered our subs on the app, but they weren't ready even though the app said they were. 20 minutes after the ETA, still not done. And yet people who walked in 15 minutes after we ordered got theirs immediately.

We also asked for extra marinara sauce on our meatball sub, twice, and then they didn't put ANY on it??? Bone dry.

Ok ordered my meal same don't care atmosphere as any where else now adays but what really bothered me was the worker was putting what looked like days old cheese on my sub she got pissy even I asked for new cheese like come on it was cheddar in the middle and going brown and crusty all around the customers behind me walked out as they should but he'll next time I come in I should have the right to adj those nasty employees to eat it if they think it's fine so gross

The attitude of the employees here is so unnecessarily rude.

I came here on a Sunday around 12pm so it wasn't very busy, but the lady was so impatient while making my order. She threw the meat all over the bread and didn't even bother to ask if I wanted my sub toasted.. which every Subway I've been to has done.

I walked back into the store to ask if she could quickly toast it but then she proceeds to say "ma'am you didn't tell me... you were supposed to tell me to toast it" as if it's not literally standard procedure.

Not only that but she also aggressively threw my sub in the toaster as well..

I went to this place there was a guy named yash …. He was wearing earplugs on his ears and i repeated the order 5 times … he was making my sub wrong and then his attitude was also not good with customer….. i give 0 star to this place . bad staff

Very bad place to eat sub. There is one guy working here at 2 pm on Thursday. He didn’t understand one time. Moreover he made so bad sub, he didn’t do any stuffing inside the sun it was very small. I think their manager should focus on this situation and take some action. Thank you

Girl working at 4:45 PM 12th May 2024, Sunday is disgusting. I didn’t wanted lettuce for my sub so asked for spinach instead but she made faces. Kept on saying Ya ya ya ya. Touched POS system with the gloves to take money and used same gloves to make my sub. Bread was very hard to chew. Asked for washroom key - WHICH THEY KEEP IT LOCKED always, said she can open only men washroom and forced me to use men washroom. Disgusting.This location is zero on customer service. Train your employees before you put them alone on the floor.

They doesn’t treat delivery drivers like as their customers even doesn’t ask them anything after waiting for long they make that orders. Their management should teach them about this thing.There are some employees doesn’t know about customer service.

The service is okayThe problem with this location is even when you order for more veggies they will put only 3-4 each( and you will have to say can you please add more )The guy was nice didn’t say anything or refuse for anything but even after placing online order i had to mention everything again so that i can get what i want ..then what is the point of online ordering if we need to tell everything over and over

They wouldn’t let me buy a $8 sub with a $50 dollar bill.I was a regular and due to this inconvenience I’ll never be back

Took us 20 minutes with only 2 ladies together ordering infront if us. They ordered with the coupon book in hand. Selected there meal's off of the coupon book infront of the staff. Once he got the first sub made, the second lady was told there was only selected toppings left as they had no green peepers left ect. he said. Then he told the lady at Cash he would not be accepting her coupons for there orders because they are not participating. Based on what I saw plus the 20 min wait, needless to say it will be my very last time at this location. Which is the only subway our families eat at. We'll use to. Overall slow service, not friendly no greeting non verbal with customers and lack of communication. Just a bunch of grumpy unhappy employees. Sad. Why was the other employee hiding in the back if it took him that long to make 2 subs, he could cut up
multiple containers of peppers in that time and still made it out to give them toppings they asked for at the very least.
