Been to other Subway stores many times, and usually order a 6 in. tuna sub with onions, lettuce, tomato, and salt & pepper. These are always a substantial lunch. However, when I got home to eat my sandwich, I was shocked to see the two halves of the bun were actually touching each other - in other words there wasn’t enough ingredients in it to make it even look like a “sandwich”. I was so disgusted to think that someone would prepare such a poor excuse of a sandwich for a paying customer, I have sworn off ever going to Subway again. Take a look at the pictures they show in their advertising! Shame on you, and shame on me if I ever go back! Fortunately, there are still other sub shops in this city that still offer a quality product.

I’ve come to this subway quite a bit over the years, it’s always been good. However today, I decided to order on the app and pick up. A gentleman named Saman made my foot-long turkey sub and it was honestly the best sub I’ve ever had in my 20 years of ordering subs!!! It was the perfect amount of meat, sauce and vegetables! 👌🏻 5 star! I just had to let you know what an amazing job you did! Sounds silly, but it made my day. Thank you!

Came inside to order a sub and they told me that it would be a 15 minute wait to even order something because they had an online order they needed to prioritize first. Most of the employees manners are crap and they need to prioritize customer service of the people in front of them and stop being so rude. This isn’t the first time.

Worst staff and customer service,Dont have mannes at all.Worst experience ever, especially with the guy wearing glasses. He was rude, and the staff behaved as if they were giving us food for free. Even though we paid full price, we have the right to get good food prepared the way we want it. However, they seemed annoyed when we requested to add veggies or any changes. To make it worse, they spoke loudly behind our backs, making rude comments like, "Who orders like this?" and using bad language.
