Came inside to order a sub and they told me that it would be a 15 minute wait to even order something because they had an online order they needed to prioritize first. Most of the employees manners are crap and they need to prioritize customer service of the people in front of them and stop being so rude. This isn’t the first time.

Worst staff and customer service,Dont have mannes at all.Worst experience ever, especially with the guy wearing glasses. He was rude, and the staff behaved as if they were giving us food for free. Even though we paid full price, we have the right to get good food prepared the way we want it. However, they seemed annoyed when we requested to add veggies or any changes. To make it worse, they spoke loudly behind our backs, making rude comments like, "Who orders like this?" and using bad language.

The customer service here is so bad. The staff are so rude and not pleasant when they are serving you. They seem so frustrated when you are placing your order as if you are wasting their time The food seems ok although some of their vegetables taste of onions and i dont like onions so its either they use the same knife to cut onions to also cut other vegetables. You are always seeing a man that seems homeless sitting inside the restaurant with so much loads It makes the sight of the restaurant not welcoming at all Above all the staff needs training on how to treat customers It is lacking in this subway outlet.

These people even doesn't provide the drinking water as they don't have that disposable glasses, and they didn't give any cup to me. So disappointed, at least you should keep some disposable cups for water.

I went twice on two different days to see maybe it’s the associate making the sandwich. The customer service skills need major work at this location. The first time, I said three times that I wanted my sandwich toasted. I got distracted in the middle of my order and didn’t see that my sandwich didn’t get toasted. At the end I asked “oh I missed if it was toasted was it?” The employee then snapped and said “you didn’t say you wanted it toasted” then proceeded to put it in the panini press machine and saying “oh it’s better this way”. Completely messing up my order. Did not offer to remake it. The second time I ordered my sandwich and ordered it to a T. The lady making the sandwich complained the whole time about an employee being late. As the “late” employee showed up she switched with her and then put the sandwich in the roasting machine, no joke, for 5 seconds, put way too much sauce on it and by the time I got home it was soggy and very much not toasted. Highly disappointed. This all comes back to customer service. The one thing is that you do not talk to customers rudely and belittle them. Customers are not family members or friends that you can talk to like that. Treat people with respect.

For my children's birthday party we wanted to do something a little different so we went with the 6 foot custom sub. Three different types of sub in one. Awesome experience & delicious food. Everyone was very impressed. The owner made this herself & even had it ready almost an hour before it was suppose to. Amazing communication throughout the whole process as well.

Employees in there speak so softly ,I kept having to ask what they said, then they switched the person who was making my sandwich,The other person I kept having to repeat my order to ,then the employees switched back againI.used to visit this establishment a lot then quit going, well I'm not returning, and I wasted my money and time there

Employees should not touch the computer screens with their gloves on then come back and continue to touch the food they are working on. Not sanitary and completely defeats the purpose of the gloves. This is my usual location but I will likely avoid from now on.

The person cashing me out was extremely rude. Definitely needs customer service training. No name tag otherwise I’d mention it but wearing gold glasses.
