Stopped by Subway for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly, fast, and efficient. Exactly what you want when you’re on the go. The restaurant was spotless and well-kept, and my order was made just right. A solid experience all around. The place was clean and the service was great!

The service at this establishment is excellent, and the staff members are always cooperative and courteous. I particularly enjoy the vegetarian sub here, and I appreciate visiting regularly to have my favorite sub prepared by her. 😇

In evening time there were two girls working, they were extremely rude!! This is not customer service..
I’ll never recommend this subway to anyone..
The owner must definitely look into training the staff to be polite !!

Open sign was on. Hours posted were “open until 10pm”. I got there before 10pm and doors were locked.
Today, March 13, 2025, we ordered 2 foot-long meatball subs from the Subway on Oakwood Drive to take out. When we arrived home the bread was stale and like shoe leather. Totally inedible. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with a manager. I wanted to take back both and wanted them to be replaced. I was told that they could only provide me with 1 foot-long sub as a replacement. The 'manager' was rude and really did not care. We are all in a financial crunch these days. When you get inferior product and attitude it makes you re-evaluate where you spend your money. I will never frequent this establishment again, and I wish to inform other potential customers of the lack of service, quality of product and care given at this particular establishment Subway on Oakwood Drive, Niagara Falls, Ontario.
Clean and easy area for parking at this big strip mall. For the Canada side in Niagara Falls ON the subway has such interesting flavors! An Indian twist like Tandoori or Chimichuri inspired sandwiches. The only thing I wish is that they could add more veggies when I said I love veggies. And be a bit more friendly. But it was still kind of sparse. Food areas look clean.

To be honest they should get a negative star. We ordered through their website same store as always but it never came. We waited over an hour called the store was told sorry wrong store then hung up on. We called again asking to double check because the charges are out of our bank account but there's no order? We had the receipt number and was told nope nothing. Asking to speak to a supervisor or anyone in charger they had nothing so we are out $54.12 and no food with a hungry kid patiently waiting. Don't order from here at all!!!!!

Horrified and Concerned: Subway Sold Me Spoiled Food
I have been a loyal customer of Subway for years, but my recent experience at this location has left me absolutely horrified. I ordered a jerk chicken rice bowl, expecting the fresh quality Subway prides itself on. Instead, I was served spoiled chicken that tasted as if it had been sitting out for days. The meat was so rancid that it made me gag after just one bite. It’s clear that instead of discarding unsold items, this location is willing to serve expired food until it’s gone, risking customers' health in the process.
What’s even more disturbing is that my friend, who ordered the food for me, noticed the Subway staff sniffing my food while serving the meal and before handing it over. If you suspected something was off, why proceed to sell it to me? That’s not just negligence—that’s playing with people’s lives.
When I called to report the issue and request a refund, I was met with lies. The staff claimed the chicken was "fresh" from that day, but the putrid smell and taste told a very different story. Instead of a refund, they offered to remake the meal, as if I’d trust them to prepare something else after such a terrible experience. It’s not about the money—it’s about integrity and respect for your customers' health.
I will be reporting this specific Subway location to Health Canada because it’s clear they are not following proper food safety protocols. Upon looking at reviews, I noticed others have had similar complaints of stale, off-smelling food over the years. This isn't just a one-time slip-up; it’s a pattern of negligence that needs to be addressed before someone gets seriously ill.
Thanks to this chain, I am so traumatized that I will never eat at any Subway ever again. Subway, if you can't guarantee the safety of your food, you shouldn’t be in business.

Staff is really nice!! But the atmosphere is really warm in there Air conditioning is not working at all.

Terrible customer service. The lady working was on the phone speaking another language the whole time we were there. I understand being on the phone when nobody is in, but it’s not proper customer service to be talking to your friends when making subs.
