I ordered today 2 Veggie patty footlong,however the instructions wasn’t followed. This is happening again and again. After contacting the staff what is going on they treated customer poorly , these guys aren’t really professional when it comes to customer service when i asked supervisor on duty they refused to provide their name at first place in return start asking my details and trying to divert the conversation that who ordered online they cannot add extra stuff in their orders because they have to follow the rules. I highly recommend if you other subway 20min drive from this one go over there. Terrible experience, rude employees and none of them wants to listen you.

I recently had a terrible experience at subway and feel compelled to share my disappointment. I ordered a footlong cookie, expecting a delightful treat, but what I received was far from it. The cookie was raw, with an uncooked doughy texture that was completely unappetizing. It was obvious that it had been hastily cooked in a microwave rather than being properly baked in an oven.
When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was met with poor service. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they took the cookie back, even though their policy clearly states that this is not allowed. The lack of proper cooking and the dismissive response from the staff made for an all-around bad experience. I would not recommend this subway to anyone looking for quality baked goods or decent customer service.

Was in town to see the Falls & every dining place was jammed packed. We saw this subway & it was clean, food was fresh & fast. It was a nice break to recharge from the heat & get on with our trip.

The shop had a weird odour inside and the employees were working like they had zero interest to work.
I want share my experience there is rude lady she don’t know how to talk and serve to customers, I ask her to grill my sandwich, she is like it’s hard to do, I can’t then I request again because I like with grilled so she said there is no difference in grilled or simple bread she refused with rudeness, are serious guys you can not tell customers what they want or not you have to serve us how we want. I demand just what they have in menu, grill option available all over in Canada Even in website aswell. She can’t speak and understand English in between my order when she don’t understand she start talking in her back home language, how I understand that? We spent our time and money here so please understand you are there for serve coustomers if you guys don’t know how to grill please talk with head office because other stores do grill , they will teach you

Was there Saturday night the guy working was all alone on the day when it was one foot long free if you buy one. I placed an order and had 4-5 guys before me. But the guy working was fast enough(forgot his name) and accommodating. Not only that the way he did my subs perfectly even after having everything you don’t see it often.
