Very disappointed with food food quality. Sab way bread Quality expired and quality of vegetables Very bad. Overall 10/ 0. This review is not about serve person. It's about quality of food. We spend our money for food. Not for garbage. My family advice to owner please improve food quality. Me and my husband we both are very disappointed and we never come back. The person who serve us he is very nice guy. But sabway sandwich very bad.

This is what they call a pizza sub. Where is the meat? Sauce? Veggies I asked for? Absolutely disgusting how they are charging so much for so little. Never again will I go there. This is October 1 at 2:20 pm

This subway is horrible. They don’t put any topping on your sandwiches, and the service is horrible. The lady working deli is always rude, no smile, and doesn’t put enough topping on the stuff. Two pieces of bacon is not enough for a sandwich. Other than that my experience was good.

This is the absolute worst location in Niagara. We ordered off skip. The order was wrong. Bread was hard as rock. My kids could not even chew it
Very light on toppings. We called and the manager argued with us and said there was nothing wrong and hung up.

I had a double cold cut sub and I asked for toasted and it was so hard. I couldn’t even eat it. I just ate the meat. Drove by it twice because they didn’t have their sign lit up and when I told him he goes, oh.

If you want to just eat bread…. This is the place for you. Horrible customer service, and on top of that they are very cheap on their portions. More toppings than meat on the whole sub. Never will I be going to this subway again, and on top of that walking into to subway smelt like a old moldy towel…

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Subway location. I placed a large order of 8 footlongs and spent over $75, and the experience was absolutely not worth it.

The staff — particularly an older lady and a tall male employee — were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I specifically ordered multigrain bread, but they gave me a different bread without saying anything. When I politely asked for extra sauce and vegetables, the older lady responded rudely and didn’t even add them to the subs. I even said “thank you” at the end of my order, and neither of them had the decency to respond or acknowledge me.

There was no greeting, no customer service, and no sense of customer priority. The entire experience felt toxic and careless, and honestly, like I was being a burden instead of a paying customer.

I regret spending my money here — think twice before visiting this location.

I ordered a footlong sub online , however the instructions were not followed and did not get the order the way I ordered . I went inside to re order and paid again. Disgusting experience 🤢🤢

I ordered today 2 Veggie patty footlong,however the instructions wasn’t followed. This is happening again and again. After contacting the staff what is going on they treated customer poorly , these guys aren’t really professional when it comes to customer service when i asked supervisor on duty they refused to provide their name at first place in return start asking my details and trying to divert the conversation that who ordered online they cannot add extra stuff in their orders because they have to follow the rules.
I highly recommend if you other subway 20min drive from this one go over there.
Terrible experience, rude employees and none of them wants to listen you.
