I went to buy a sandwich there today at about 6pm and the two ladies started talking in their native language. I couldn't tell what they said and laughed about but I am sure it was about me.
I felt disrespected and I'll go back there again. (Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls)
staff is so rude all the time. Thay talk something bad for customers before they come to counter to take order.

The worst customer service and very rude two white ladies work here. I visited the store to take my 3 year old toddler to their bathroom as she really needed to use but they refused to let us use the bathroom. I have always been their customer and told them that I always been your customer and just this time I needed to use the bathroom but they didn’t care anyways. I know the policy might be no let anyone use the bathroom unless you buy something. However, there should be some exceptions specifically if a kid needs to use the bathroom. Very inhuman and rude people.

Just went there. Because my boss gave me a gift card. I went in an hour and a 1/2 ago and they told me to call the number on the back, called the number on the back and it told me to go to the website. Went to the website. Checked the balance in that nature. The card was activated. Got $15 on the card. Went back in. Got a sub. Went to go chekc out and the car didn't work again and I told them what it said online that you have to manually input it and they said they couldn't. And I said, could I please talk to a manager? And then every time I was trying to say something, not the male, but the female would just talk right over me and say, no, no, then say a bunch of stuff and not let me talk, then I asked to speak for a manager. Then they called the manager. And I spoke to the manager and about trying to complain about the customer and figure out what was going on. So when I figured out what was going on with the card. As soon as I went to go complain about the female, she pulled the phone away and stopped letting me talk to the manager and then I just pulled my phone out after already telling them I was recording and said, what is your name so I can tell the manager and she said, I will not tell you my name or why are you recording me? That's illegal, then ran at me. I kid you not and I recorded it ran at me. And grabbed me by my shoulder, and with her other hand tried to grab my phone, you can hear it and you can see it in the video. So I would stay away from this and if you see that girl definitely don't have her make your food guys that is absolutely ridiculous. And this is probably the last time I will ever be going to this Subway. Unless it's to go speak to the manager in person

To be very honest, I was wonderful experience just because of best ever customer service I got from the Pooja.she was so nice and kind. She took my order correctly and served with care. Hats off to her

Good location, fresh, I couldn’t use my USA points - wasn’t an issue. There was a possible homeless man in there trying to take a subway cup and get a drink, he then dropped candy balls on the floor and broke a glass. There was also a restroom in the back that a young man came in to get a woman whom may have took a cleaning in there. All this was going on while the young lady was trying to make my order. Causing her to continuously call her male colleague from the back to assist. 🤨

Ordered a ham Salad paid close to $13 for salad almost same price as a sub. This was the amount I recieved. Lower your prices or get smaller bowls this is not acceptable. I don't usually write bad reviews but after spending what I did and still being hungry after this snack when it was ment to be my dinner is not acceptable

I find this subway one of the better ones of the ones I frequent. Employees' attitudes seem ok to me. If not, they'd know about it anyway and have a half made sub if they gave me attitude because I'd just walk out.
