Absolutely unacceptable service. I strongly advise people to avoid this branch at all cost.

My wife was calmly deciding what to order when the staff member repeatedly rushed her, asking “What do you want?” and “Have you decided?” at least three times, each time with an impatient and disrespectful tone.

The final comment was said in an openly aggressive manner: “Has she decided yet!?”
This was not only rude, but completely unprofessional.

Let me be very clear:
There were NO other customers in the store at that time (January 29, 2026, around 5:24 PM). Only the two of us. Yet we were treated as if we were an inconvenience, as if the staff member was annoyed that we even walked in.

The employee was not wearing a proper name tag on her shirt; it was hidden on the side of her hat. When asked for her name, she said “Harman”, but I cannot even be sure if that was her real name. She was the only staff member at the front.

This interaction completely ruined our mood and what had otherwise been a good day. No customer — especially someone who is simply taking a moment to decide — deserves to be spoken to this way.

If this is how this branch treats customers when it’s empty, I can’t imagine how bad it would be when it’s busy.

Until management seriously retrains their staff or addresses this behavior, I strongly recommend people DO NOT visit this location. There are plenty of other Subway branches that treat customers with basic respect.

The staff was rude and impatient while I was deciding on the menu. She repeatedly asked if I had decided yet and rushed me three times, even though I was clearly looking at the promotions. At that time, there were no other customers besides me and my husband. I simply needed time to decide. She showed unprofessional body language and reacted unpleasantly when she didn’t hear my response clearly.

I do not recommend this branch due to poor customer service. The staff member was a female working around 5:24 PM on January 29, 2026. She said her name was “Harman,” but I’m not sure if that was her real name, and her name tag was attached to her hat, not her uniform.

You may want to consider whether this staff member is suitable to represent your business.

I use to be the costumer of this location from more than 8 month but today i am disappointed with their services . I have odered veggie patty with one pepsi and dorrito through subway app from this store but havnt got anything exept subway which was agian not grilled or toasted as well . When i have called at the store they just told me that the store is busy just pick your missing items from the store .
