Workers were too busy talking between themselves and not doing their job it was more worried about trying to flirt with customers and do their job

Trust the reviews. Terrible service. Just outright ridiculous you almost need to have a level of acceptance and laugh it off. Absolutely DO NOT DOORDASH during dinner shift. It will be wrong. Every time. It's obvious that the later it gets in the day- the collective maturity level of the staff significantly decreases.
If I could give zero I would. Anytime we stop at this location, it's a 30+ minute wait, and it's a pain in the A to flag anyone down to correct my order. Restaurant is DIRTY! Anytime my delivery orders are delivered from this restaurant, more than half my order is missing. I've worked in fast food, Taco Bell & Tim Hortons. It's not hard to do a halfway decent job if you're actually working. Do better or find a job you're good at! Please for the love of tbell

if i could rate drive thru 1 star i would. they took so long and i wasn’t hungry when the food finally came out. they also forgot 2 items. just go across the street to the niagara falls buffet instead.

This place is an absolute disaster whoever manages this place should be put not only let go but never hired anywhere else again I waited 20 minutes in a drive-thru with one guy in front of me I watched the person in front of me sit there for 10 minutes before her order was even taken then drove to the window and I waited 15 minutes for some of the cake my order which I didn't even do I just drove off when I could get out of the drive-thru because I was that disappointed this is not the first time this place has done this unfortunately I like Taco Bell and just try to go there every once in awhile hoping that something has changed but nope still the same management whoever owns this place should really do something about it destroying this business here this place could be probably twice as more profitable with better management and as far as the staff goes should pick better people they're ignorant rude disrespectful and can't even get an order right I wish I could leave a negative a hundred stars because that's what it would be please do something about this place I love Taco Bell but I have to drive to another town to get it and then rewarm up all my food That's how much I avoid this place try it again today and sure enough the same thing

Went there at 11:50 PM and there was 1 car in front of me I. Drive thru. Ordered one taco, pulled up to window and was told to pull up after I paid for meal. Waited no lie 10 minutes near front door, and gentlemen walked out and told me to pull up to allow more cars to wait. He said there was only him and another guy there to make tacos. Watched him for another 6 minutes while he stood around and did nothing and left without getting my taco. Not sure how long it takes to make a taco but pretty sure I could make one in 20 minutes.

This place is always a let down. They ALWAYS manage to mess up the orders, the staff is always rude and the place always STINKS of weed. The food is never made how it’s supposed to. No matter what time you go the staff is just disrespectful, and rude. Awful service, terrible food, terrible everything. I don’t even understand why this place is still open. It’s also always a long wait to even order and then to GET the food. Disgusting and disappointing. Do better.

I wait 10 minutes for my order and the guy is said it’s not ready and after 10 minute he gave me the exactly order that was ready already this Taco Bell. They are really racist people working in here i02/05/2025 time 7:05 pm

I hate to leave a bad review but they need more workers or something . There was 4 people me included in the drive thru and the workers had all of us waiting in our cars for 20+ minutes then after they confusingly found my order they left out something aswell. Takes way too long for what 🥲

The food is always put in one bag instead of the boxes for the 7.00 box meals. They always forget delights on the door dash. Employees on drive-thru are usually moody and not always attending to the customer. And the work area is always dirty. The floor is usually full of food.
Vegetarian options: The new chicken nuggets are amazing
Parking: Busy place and traffic is horrible

Forgot half my order, and what was there was just dumped into the bag. Not the first time this has happened. I understand being understaffed but there was no one in line before or after me so what’s the problem??

This is the only restaurant I know that is consistently bad. I have tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt SO many time now, but this last visit was ridiculous.
When putting our order in at the drive-through, the man on the speaker was interrupted by another employee with a headset, and this other employee yelled at us - like full blown shout.
They also didn’t have the ability to fry anything? Don’t know what that was about, either the fryers were broken or the people working just didn’t want to deal with fried items (as someone who’s worked in food service before, it’s not uncommon for something to be “unavailable” just because we don’t want to do it).
The last part which is honestly the most frustrating, is the sauce - they were out of EVERY sauce? This must be a common occurrence for them because all other times I have gotten Taco Bell from this location (DoorDash or drive-through), they have a habit of just not including the sauce packets.
Moral of the story - Just avoid this location as a whole. The service is slow and not worth the minimum 10-15min you spend waiting to order your food.
