Avoid drive-thru - won't let you see the debit machine, cost is high (perhaps tip?), won't give receipt, and then shorted us on our order (and we have no receipt to prove it).

It was my first time trying taco bell in Canada after I tried once in NY, and It was good. The NY ones are definitely very good, but they were good too here. Their portions are small and overall definitely worth the try.

They need to use gloves to prepare peopleās food to walk up to the location and see people drying their hands from digging in tomatoes is very unsanitary now all the dirt from this personās hands is in the tomato juice that is disgusting to walk up to seeI understand different cultures do things different but you need to stick to the standards when youāre dealing with the franchise restaurant yāall need some gloves

I got 4 tacos. 12$ ??? I ate half of one it was mostly lettuce and cheese..it was horrible. Not worth 3$ each. I'd like my 12$ back.

Avoid at night, once doors get locked after 9pm so you cannot go inside your forced to use drive thru, the big guy who works window wont allow you to see debit machine or give reciept but yet the cost of order never matches in the day time or other locations and through the app, others have also had this issue where the store adds extra for tip or upsizing ect and pocketing the extra, main strip in a tourist town must be scamming lots of people and money, take the extra 5 minutes and travel to another location

Food was okay, inside was closed before 11 although itās supposed to be open til 1 says the hours on google. And drive through closes at 11. We were there at 1030 and inside was closed. And the vehicle we were driving was not fitting through their tiny ass drive through. So we proceeded to walk to the window and ask if we could order and he said yes go to the speaker so we did and it didnāt work. We proceeded to the window and there were cars behind us and the guy at the window says ācan I help the rest of the line then get ur orderā. First of all we were there first, he couldāve taken our order then we wouldāve moved out of the way. so he could help the rest of the line. But no he argued with us and was rude so we just moved out of the way so he could help the other people. Then 10 minutes go by and the line up is just getting longer. So I got up and he finally took our order and was rude the whole time. Terrible service. Couldāve TAKEN OUR ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE THEN HELPED OTHER PEOPLE THEN WHEN OURS IS F******* DONE give it to us and weād be on our way. But no

We ordered and paid for 3 meals. Then we found out they only had Pepsi... but 2 of us can't handle sweeteners. It makes us sick and sometimes we collapse and they have to call an ambulance. We explained that but we weren't offered anything else. So we had to buy 2 drinks for 10 dollars. Never again
