I'm from out of town, this TaiChi Bubble tea runs slightly different from what I'm used to. When I attempted to order at the counter the staff member was very condescending and short with me when I tried to order the fashion that I'm used to.

My son and I stopped in here today to get bubbled tea, but i had to use the bathroom first, I walked in the bathroom, I glanced at the toilet, and there were 2 roaches in the toilet. I will never step foot in here again. For the price of the product here, it should be clean

We ordered spicy miso with shrimp, tonketsu with pork, and spicy tonketsu with tofu and veggies. It was our first time there and it was very delicious. The spice is like a red pepper flake paste and the broth came on the side. That way you can add as much or little as you want. I will say....we will definitely be back!!

My mom forgot to mention she wanted her tea hot instead of cold. Being the Karen she is, she mentioned it to the staff, and they were very kind, remade her drink anyway and upgraded the size at no charge, and let us keep the cold drink. We haven't had service this above and beyond in years, if ever.
On top of that, the tea was delicious, and my husband loved his sushi bowl. The serving sizes were larger than we expected, and the price was affordable compared to some other places near by.

It is so cute in here! Little pandas 🐼 hanging on the walls, and natural wooden benches with floral accents. I got a pina colada and it is so delicious! The staff was so kind as well ☺️
Visited on May 12 (Sunday), 2025. Ordered Tonkotsu Ramen and a cup of Thai Milk Tea. Both were great! The staff was friendly - they will take your order at the counter and the rest of the process is more like self-serve. Good place to have some food and take a rest before your next round of shopping at the outlet!
