Our server (Adriana) was amazing and very lovely. The food was suprisingly delicious, and we are definitely going back!

This place is out of business. It's August 9th and restaurants reopened from Covid quite some time ago. We walked over to eat here tonight to find it closed with signs dating back to March 16 that they closed at 8pm for Covid and have not reopened apparently. TGI Fridays is open across NYS.

I and my other two friends went there with the expectation of good food and environment. No one came and served us for at least 10 minutes whilst we were standing near the reception desk. Two servers even passed by and didn’t give a thing about asking if we have been helped or not. Finally we got the chance to be seated and served by the most impolite employee of the restaurant. The restaurant was not at all busy that would explain the situation of such carelessness. However, we ordered our food and started eating. The food wasn’t good either and the prices were touching the sky. The situation went to extreme level when the waitress came in the middle of eating and asked us if she can bring the bill. We were all stunned that what just happened. It’s not even like one of us asked her bring it and we said no. After everything happened, I asked her for the bill and it seemed like she was ready to do it from a really long time and was waiting for someone to ask for it. She didn’t even care to at least be polite and ask her about our experience or said thank you in the end. What are they serving in such a big restaurant? Disrespect and bad food!

Walked in and wasn’t greeted just asked to you want to sit at the high table and sat us down. Ordered sizzling chicken and shrimp skillet with a side of macaroni and cheese. My boyfriend ordered the whiskey glazed center Cut sirloin with shrimp . The order took at least 45 min to come out with it only being 2 other couples in the restaurant you would think the wait is not that long. But think again !!! When the food finally came out my sizzling skillet was NOT sizzling the Mac & cheese was barely warm and the noodles from the Mac and cheese was not fully cooked. My boyfriends Mac & Cheese was the same and they didn’t bring the shrimp outFor his meal. Once we told them it might be a mistake there shrimp missing what was brought out was dried up warm Fried shrimp pieces I mean they was dry you need to soak it in cocktail sauce just to eat it. We ordered desserts I ordered the red velvet cake and he ordered ice cream wit Oreo crumbs that took another 25 min for something that has to be sliced and scooped To be brought out. Which we jus took home. Only thing was good was the drinks.

When I showed up to this Friday's at Niagara Falls with 3 of my friends, it took over 10 minutes for the hostess to welcome us and have us seated. It's a cold Wednesday night and the restaurant looked to be at about 50% capacity. After being seated and waiting about 15 minutes, we were never greated by a server. We left hungry, thirsty, and most of all disappointed. The hostess was also missing again on the way out with about 4 families in line. I would leave 1 star but the interior looked up to date and it was warm inside.

Stood outside of the restaurant by the hostess stand for 15 minutes. Nobody greeted me. If there were any other restaurants anywhere in the vicinity, I would have gone anywhere else. I had to go into the restaurant and wave someone down. A waiter went to get the hostess, she refused to come greet us since there was a wait ?. The waiter sat us down in lieu of her. He was very nice. Menu was small and up charged. I was beyond annoyed at this point and left after apps.

I love TGI Fridays the best food the best service they have this drink called strawberry Henny that I enjoy very much and my kids definitely enjoy the desert and it's wonderful place to go friendly atmosphere.

Was seated right away. Waited forever to take our order. Then it took forever to get our drinks. Didn't even get all of them at the same time. When coffee was brought out, it was brought out with no creamer. Took forever to get check. There were 6 people at our table, literally all but one person left the table and she still didn't bring the check out. Food was good. But the service was terrible.!
My wife and I and our son ate here. My son and I had the whiskey chicken sandwich -$15. My wife had the hamburger sliders. Very good service. Crowded for a cold winter's night late mid-week.

I had a problem with one of my dinners that I had for takeout. I called and talked to the manager whom arranged a free meal for next visit. Two days later, I picked up the meal and the manager even gave me extra reward points. I was impressed.

worst place ever. I had a Groupon and they charged me 7.00 to use it. it took for ever for our food. and it wasn't busy and the waitress git a 35 tip . off of 8 people. wasn't happy. my chicken wasnt cooked.

The food was great and so lovely , but the thing that killed my vibe was how long it took for us to get our orders and water . After the food was served to us we didn’t get any water refills at all for our drinks . In the end it took us 15 minutes to get our checks and they are so under staffed
