Came here at 10:57am and doors were locked. Fine. We waited as the sign says this place opens at 11am. Girl inside saw us trying to open the door even though she pretended to not notice as she was busy eating at the counter. 11:07am doors are still locked, girl still pretending to not see us (I caught your eyes a couple times, don't even.), door still not open although Google says you're open and the sign on the door says you're open at 11am and closed at 3:30pm for new years eve... we left offended, cold, and hungry. Learn some customer service. Byeee

Wow. Delicious!My sister and I were visiting (shopping) from Toronto. At home we have an abundance of superb Pho spots to choose from. We were a little worried because it's a smaller town with little variety. Were not sure what the food scene was like.All of our fears were set briskly aside when we had our app: summer spring rolls. The rolls were great, but the actual peanut sauce was delectable. Like yummy enough to run your finger along the edges of the ting bowl to get every last drop!Then the soups! Sis got the Pho Tai and I the spicy beef. Blew my socks off.I have been a religious pho eater for about seven year. Sampling in various city's across the continent. From Vancouver, to LA to NYC, MTL, Toronto and beyond... This is TOP THREE.No exaggeration.In love.Will be back

This very simple place was full when I arrived for lunch, always a good sign. As I travel for work more I like to try local spaces. This Spot did not disappoint. The Spring Rolls were fresh and delicious. The Pho was on exactly what I had in mind when I ordered. I made the mistake of leaving a Jalapeño slice in too long and found it in the end. Thankfully I was provided with 2 napkins! I could have used more water but finished it just as my meal. The QR code menus on the table are easy to use. I ordered my meal and the server made sure I knew what I was ordering. I would totally recommend this place and will return if given the chance!Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot

THE BEST!! My son, a 27 year Celiac, eats from here CONSTANTLY and we drive from Lewiston to Niagara Falls to get it - always worth the trip!

Oh that was fantastic! In the car now (not driving, don't worry haha), we *just* finished our dinner.I misread the rolls, didn't realize there was shrimp. I'm not a shrimp fan, but tried it anyway and they were great (still took some of the shrimp out, but it wasn't shrimpy, you know, so it was still yum!)The Pho Tai, which I came for, did not disappoint. It was everything I hope for in a good pho tai! Light, flavourful, delicious and filling!The Vietnamese iced coffee was also excellent. Less sweet than some places, but in the best way possible, and the Thai iced tea was refreshing too (I only had a sip, though)The lemongrass chicken was fantastipotamus! Seriously, very delicious and probably what I'm getting next time for myself! And the pork thing I'm informed was also delicious (I don't eat pork)Our waiter, Tuan, was polite, friendly and attentive, but not overbearing or intrusive. He was a delight really added to our dining experience. All in all, fantastic food. We came in a whim, we'll be back soon!

This is the best Pho in Western, NY. My partner and I consistently come back to this place and the food is always amazing. We get the leeche lemonade, the Pho Chin, the Banh Mi Thit Nuong. This is enough to split perfectly between the two of us. Not only is the food amazing, the service is always fast. I have never waited longer than 5 mins to be greeted, and no more than 15 mins for food. Every. single. time. Take-out is amazing and quick as well. Overall 10/10 ambience and will continue to come back!
