I have zero complaints about this place. The service was impeccable. Extremely attentive, consistent coming to the table to clear plates, get refills on drinks, give us new silverware each course. My fiancée and I came to The Western Door to celebrate our engagement, and Jim and Antonio made the night unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely excited for us. Food was good, ate at the bar. Service was slow, waited a bit to order first drink and waited awhile to be able to order a second drink. Took awhile to also be able to ask for the check. Ordered 2 glasses or Orin swift the prisoner and we definitely were given something different. The bottle it was poured from did not have the Orin swift label and it tasted horrible.
