Went in before 5:00 pm. Ordered a sandwich on a bagel. And asked for some extra mayo.
Bagel was hard as a rock. And there was so much mayo on it it was seeping through the bag. I asked for extra mayo… not half a bottle….
Who grabs a hard as tick bagel and thinks that’s okay to serve a paying customer??!?!?!

Liz at drive thru needs to chill out. Have been multiple times at this location and she is getting more and more rude. Telling a customer to hurry and let's go is not cool. Had an honest mistake on my app and she mumbled to hurry up while I tried to pull up my payment card on my phone. 1. I was in line already for 3 minutes 2. There were 2 cars behind me
Be nice Liz, or if you can't, pick a different location within the store where you don't have to deal with people.

When you’re in Rome! Or in this case when you’re in Canada you got to get Tim Hortons! We sampled a few different coffee drinks and it’s on par with Dunkin’
They have these donut holes they call tidbits and these things are delicious. Our favorite flavor was the creme brûlée filled ones. But even the regular iced and birthday cake ones were really good.

I don’t normally complain. I got a large chilli and it had a big hair in it. And had a an everything bagel toasted with herban garlic . I got cinnamon raisin toasted butter when I was home . All good hopefully next time they take better steps . Get the order right.

They remade my drink three times and still didn’t get it right!!!! I’ve been drinking an iced capp without whipped cream my whole life and everywhere else they understand me, but here they keep removing the cream from my drink and no matter how I explain it, they don’t get it—even when I’m showing them with my hands.
Honestly, if I could give -5 stars, I would. They completely ruined my mood for the whole day.

The staff here is really great. I frequent this store 2 days a week for about 20 weeks traveling every summer. I send my order in via Mobile App and it's waiting for me with smiles and a sleeve. Love my Dark roast. Keep up the good work. The morning crew is great. Gonna miss it.
