In the history of Tim Hortons I am the first person to be told to wait at the non-existing side door because i ordered COFFEE! I went through drive thru at noon yesterday and the lady wearing green eyeliner at the drive thru window was extremely rude right at the order window and said I would have to wait at the side because I ordered 4 XL coffees they didn't have that much COFFEE READY AT NOON. THIS IS NOT MCDONALD'S AND ALL I ORDERED WAS COFFEE. HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO MAKE A POT OF COFFEE LIKE COME ON. I will never go back to this location and I will make sure to spread the word of unprofessionalism at this location. How ridiculous that I had to pull up for coffee like come on i understand if it was a bunch of breakfast sandwiches but even then they don't make you pull up to the side to wait.

The only thing i didnt liked was i was there for breakfast and they didnt had any veg options like i ordered farmers wrap and they didnt even had hashbrown instead offered us to have fries in the wrap. So that was it rest the food was tasty and the service was great. Will definitely recommend you to stop by and have something from there.

I went to this location to use the facilities. Only the family washroom was available (the others were closed for cleaning). I waited some time to be let in. To my surprise I was greeted with the toilet seat up, bowl full of urine and brown stains on the back of the porcelain rim. I no longer felt the need to use the washroom. However, I did manage to snap a few pictures on my way out.

consistently the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to for bagels… not sure if they are lazy or cheap but don’t bother ordering it with cream cheese because you won’t be able to see it on your bagel anyway that’s how little they put on…

These two guys don’t know how to treat people. The two guys working the shift on February 26 at 10:30 PM don’t know how to treat customers properly. I’m not happy with this kind of behavior. I was excited to visit niagara fall, but after visiting tims, I’m truly disappointed.

Service was terrible. Our order was made incorrectly and when we asked to get the sandwich we actually ordered, the associate argued and said that we had ordered incorrectly. The staff was rude and when we were finally given a replacement sandwich they hadn’t even heated it up. We ate in the restaurant and while sitting here eating I watched 4 people return their incorrect food, so clearly we were not the problem. Also the restaurant was very dirty.
