Staff is unfriendly. They are selective in saying hallo to customers of their own choice.

September 21st 9:55am. Was charged for a small latte because my grandmother likes her milk heated in her coffee. It shouldn't cost anything to have your milk steamed. Just wanted a medium coffee 3 milk with the milk heated. The guy was pretty rude and adamant that he couldn't and wasn't supposed to do it without charging me the basically extra dollar. I've never had a problem with any other Tim Hortons about having the milk steamed so the coffee isn't cold. I bought 2 coffees 1 (small latte) 2 muffins and a donut.

There was a shortage of staff, i had to wait for few minutes even though nobody was ahead of me. The whole staff was busy with drive thru. They should improve their service.

Terrible customer service & beyond slow. The manager is very RUDE, unprofessional & argumentative with zero customer service skills. If she doesn’t like her job or like people then don’t be there!
Cannot get orders accurate, not sure what I have to say to get a bagel with cream cheese and not butter. Happened on back to bak days this past week.

Not sure why it's even there . They only serve breakfast yet advertise other items . If u want something 1.5 hours before they close ,good luck . Usually only have a few selected muffins and donuts at that time It's less stress to just bring something in with u ,or have a family member deliver something else if possible. Not to mention their hours of business are a joke for being the only place in the hospital to get something to eat or drink other then vending machines.

This Tims only has a select few items for breakfast sandwiches. It is missing most of the regular menu. Irregular business hours, inconvenient for anyone at the hospital after 3-5pm. The online ordering is barely operable and doesn't correspond to what they actually distribute. Took 4 hours to get my refund back.

You may want to have the covid questioners not turn away your customers that come from the professional building. Seems like a horrible business plan.

16min for bagel belt croissant coffee tea what is going on mobile orders waiting for there order employees looking lost line out the door cars wrapped around the building who owns this place really come on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
