Didn’t even get the right order and my family couldn’t tell which order was which and they didn’t call out what it was clearly and some coffee didn’t even have labels

Awesome
The toaster is broken. Fix it! Staff are doing their best but with broken equipment that the owner refuses to fix or replace what can they do. The customers here at the hospital deserve better. I won’t be buying anything from this kiosk store again

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I had just placed a large order of Timbits and donuts, yet when I asked to add an iced coffee shortly after, the server named Nick flatly refused in a rude and dismissive manner. His tone was unnecessarily hostile, making me feel unwelcome as a customer.
What was even more troubling was how Nick treated his fellow employees—condescending and disrespectful. His behavior was not only unprofessional, but it also hinted at discriminatory attitudes that made the entire environment uncomfortable. It’s unacceptable in any workplace, let alone a customer-facing one.
This kind of service is not what I expect from Tim Hortons especially in a hospital where patients and their relatives are stranded for hours due to medical problems!
People were being rejected for coffees and muffins considering the fact that they want to let the coffee go in the drain rather giving it to someone who really needs it!
Anyone visiting this ER, please ensure you arrange your coffee and food before walking into this stupid TH!
Only good thing - Gurkirat and a female employee were really helpful and kind.

Nick should be released from his job. He is unkind and not helpful. He shouted back at us when we wanted to place an order.
If he doesn’t like working at Tims, he should just quit! Shouting back at customers is unethical. It almost felt he was yelling at us because we are brown. Felt like a racist attack.

Staff is unfriendly. They are selective in saying hallo to customers of their own choice.

September 21st 9:55am. Was charged for a small latte because my grandmother likes her milk heated in her coffee. It shouldn't cost anything to have your milk steamed. Just wanted a medium coffee 3 milk with the milk heated. The guy was pretty rude and adamant that he couldn't and wasn't supposed to do it without charging me the basically extra dollar. I've never had a problem with any other Tim Hortons about having the milk steamed so the coffee isn't cold. I bought 2 coffees 1 (small latte) 2 muffins and a donut.

There was a shortage of staff, i had to wait for few minutes even though nobody was ahead of me. The whole staff was busy with drive thru. They should improve their service.

Terrible customer service & beyond slow. The manager is very RUDE, unprofessional & argumentative with zero customer service skills. If she doesn’t like her job or like people then don’t be there!
Cannot get orders accurate, not sure what I have to say to get a bagel with cream cheese and not butter. Happened on back to bak days this past week.
