Staff is nice but anytime after 3 pm it’s at least 10-15 mins with only 2-3 cars. Maybe they need more staff

Horrible service and quality every single time lately.
Sooooooo many people are disappointed in the downward spiral this location has taken. If the company took a moment to review the comments in local social posts, they would be mortified to know the public opinions and concerns.
I will not waisting my time filling out a form. If it wasn't for people spending their hard earned money this business would crumble. Maybe just put in the effort and consider the review section instead of referring to fill out a form.
Seriously.... Review the Chippawa FB page posted today. Word of mouth

One of the worst experiences we've had recently. The staff who served us were unprofessional and displayed a poor attitude, making it clear that they didn't care: "If you want, you buy." Additionally, the washrooms were filthy.

I stopped going to Tim Hortons a while ago.
Over the last couple of weeks I have went to Tammy's a few times I was reminded on why I stopped going to Tim Hortons they can never get the orders correct I am tired of spending my money at Tim Hortons just for them to constantly get my orders wrong they either need to properly trained the people or they need to close down their doors for good people work hard to earn their paychecks so when we go to places like Tim Hortons we expect to get good service the service is always getting the wrong order which is very distasteful in my opinion I think the owners of the Tim Hortons chain might want to do a little better

I've been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons for years, but the quality of service and food has drastically declined over the past few months. The staff often struggle with communication, making it frustrating to place an order. On multiple occasions, I've experienced rude customer service, and there seems to be a lack of basic manners when interacting with customers.

The food and drinks have also been disappointing. My most recent visit included a hazelnut ice cap that was poorly made, missing the whipped cream it usually comes with, and tasted terrible. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was drenched in butter, making it inedible. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue, not just a one-time problem.

I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve both customer service and food quality.

Always check your order here. Cafe Mocha no whipped cream, 4 times this has happened and charged 80 cents. New owners don't have too much pride. Place is filthy. Door glass is disgusting. Alot of staff and no one knows what the hell they're doing. Bad management.

This is my second experience ordering a cappuccino and they put coffee in it instead of an espresso ! If your espresso machine isn’t working just tell it , instead giving customers regular coffee at cappuccino price ! When I asked them to change it , the old lady who took my order and made the order went inside and send a young girl on training to deal with us ! Very very poor team ! Always bad experience with this particular location

Went through the drive through at 8:30AM. ordered a bagel, cookie and coffee. Bagel was stale and barely warm to the touch despite it being toasted and the cookie was definitely from the night before as it was also stale. This location used to be known for fresh but definitely has gone down hill
