They never stock half the stuff they have displayed in their drive-through and about 75% of the time they have someone working the drive-through that doesn’t speak any English nor do they understand what you are saying . and to boot my experience there this morning was everything I had just written about plus, she was extremely rude. I miss the old Tim Hortons.

Almost forgot our code for our order, we ordered chipotle sauce with our wedges and they did not put in the bag. The wedges we got were very dry, disappointing experience

The drive thru is near the road and the traffic sounds are so high at times, your order is not heard, somehow I wonder why only brown people voices are not heard - waited and heard 5 other voices and all were heard. Any way this could be my experience only. They are good - order was perfect

There was a hair in one of the donuts. When I tried to relay that to the female Manager on duty, she got very defensive and sarcastic then hung up the phone on me in apjte of my octave level remaining the same and respectful. I called back and she picked the phone but said nothing--how immature. II waited almost a minute for her to speak but said nothing. I tried calling the Head Office, but no one was available., but complaint still pending.

This worker never even gave me back my 20 cents after i ordered an iced coffee, also the worker gave lots of dirty looks, and my iced coffee is extremely bitter never even stirred it.
Today’s egg and cheese breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. Unfortunately it was filled with eggshell pieces making it inedible. Couldn’t take a single bite. What a waste of money.
