Is there a reason why this location doesnt serve chicken? Every other location serves chicken besides this one and they dont have a reasoning for it. This canada and its a franchise. Follow protocol and stop making up your own rules.

I’m a regular here for lunch in the drive thru. Today i had a terrible experience. I ordered a chai iced latte with pumpkin, it tasted terrible like there was no chai or pumpkin syrup in it. I drink this daily so i know what it should taste like. Instead of making it right, they argued with me and refused to fix it. Terrible experience. I go here often and they’re always speaking a different language and it makes me uncomfortable but i say nothing. Management needs to improve their guest experience and remind staff about the make it right policy. Do better

Speaking as a south Asian who understands multiple languages, I find it disrespectful when the newly hired staff behind the counters or in the drive thru are speaking othe languages to communicate and laughing when there is a backed up que. And on top of thar You are unable to read customers language that they are upset ..
It's creates a level of mistrust, language during clocked hours should be English unless otherwise use with a customer to provide better service.
