I went to this place (evening of march 10/2025)
The girl working in drive through needs to know how to deal with customers....
She feels herself like daughter of prime minister.....
I request manager to let that minimum wage worker know where she belongs to.....
I you don't want to deal with customers go sit at your home and talk with your parents like that..we are paying you to eat..You are not doing a charity to us....keep your ego and attitude in your...........

They used my Tim’s rewards card that is hooked up to my debit card to pay for someone else’s order. The only solution they gave was to take an extra tea or pastry. No refund or anything. I kindly told them that I didn’t really have anything like that I was interested in and they just shrugged. When they make mistakes refunds should be possible.
Absolute trash and I never do this! The caramel pistachio latte, white chocolate hot chocolate straight water. The customer service was awful, there is a register and receipt for a reason. You take what was mentioned and bag it. We were missing donuts tried to explain it to get what we wanted, someone else stepped in to help. Instead of just listening to what we wanted, they threw 3-4 other donuts in the box that was apparently sold out and said here this should be good. I can’t say I understand this concept when the first person didn’t box what we asked. It was our first and last time at a Tim Hortons!

I go here through the drive through a few times a week because it’s close to my work. I went today and had a fairly big order. Everything was fine except for my sandwich. I ordered a bagel belt. When I finally opened my sandwich it had scrambled eggs on it. Last I checked it doesn’t come with scrambled. So not only is it made wrong it’s not what I asked for and now it’s falling apart as I’m trying to eat it. I can barely hear the order taker when I’m there and they never give you a receipt, so when they tell you the website to go to leave a survey you can’t because you don’t have the stores number.

Friends and I were in Friday evening,
We got our coffees and donuts,
Then after sitting down for a few minutes, we're told the restaurant is closed,
Would of been really nice if we were informed of closing time,
But nope better off not to inform the customers I guess

I am quite annoyed I ordered a breakfast wrap this morning at drive-thru, only to have your staff not paying attention while cashing me out on the drive-thru it took forever just to complete my transaction. The worst part I find a strand of hair in my wrap and could not even eat it afterwards. I had to throw it out. Your other Tims locations have excellent quality. Honestly do better!!!

I don’t understand why, at this Tim Hortons, they don’t inform you if they’re out of a specific item. Instead, they just charge you for it and give you whatever they want. Such bad service. I called them, and they didn’t even offer a solution.

Charged me 10 cents for tap water when it's illegal to charge for tap water. Didnt serve. Chicken or flat bread. Food tasted bad. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

Mobile ordered two drinks and a bagel to this location 5 minutes prior to my arrival, so my order should’ve been ready when I arrived. However, I was asked to pull up past the window, even though the drive-through was empty. I was directed to wait in front of the side door which ended up blocking the drive-through exit. They shouldn't have people pull ahead from the drive-thru window when there isn’t a designated spot with room for other cars to get by. When my order was finally brought out, I noticed that one of my drinks was missing, and the staff member left before I could address the issue.
I then had to drive around again and wait in the now busy drive-through, and during this time, I encountered rudeness from the staff, with no apologies offered for the inconvenience. When I finally get to the window the second time, they then insisted that I pay for my second drink at the window, even though it was already processed on the app the first time.

Today we decided to dine in instead of going through the drive-thru. When we walked in, the merch arra was all on sale, 50% off everything. My son picked a bottle, which was individually labeled 50% off with all the others, and we went to cash out. The regular price was $29.99 and the cashier did not acknowledge the sale at all, and tried to charge me full price. I pointed to not only the signage on the item but also the display. She claims she had no way of adjusting the price and had to change the full price. She was dismissive and refused to honour the sale. I said I didn't want it and that someone should take all the merch down as that's false advertising and not okay.

Every time I go through a drive through the cashier's don't know how to count i gave the guy 2.85 and gives me a whole bunch of change back or you could of game me back a dollar these cashiers need better training to decipher the difference between a quarter and a nickle
Extremely annoyed
They have no clue how to count or just extremly lazy

I have to say, this Tim Hortons deserves the title of the worst in Canada. The service here is consistently disappointing, especially when it comes to coffee. What used to be a reliable cup of coffee has turned into a reason for me to dislike it altogether.
The drive-thru experience is a complete joke. No matter how clearly I state my order, it always seems to come out wrong. It’s frustrating that the staff often struggle to hear or understand even the simplest requests. I really don’t understand why they hire people who can’t grasp basic orders or make a decent cup of coffee.
To the CEO or anyone in charge: please take this feedback seriously. We customers work hard for our money, and we deserve better than this. At the very least, please consider training the staff on how to properly make coffee and understand orders. Thank you.
