I think it’s little ridiculous that you charge 50 cents for extra whip topping and this is what you give me , the same amount as if I didn’t pay for it. Instead of worrying about your drive thru, why don’t you have you staff read the screen correctly and when some pays for extra it means extra and to top off my crappy experience the person that is working the window might want to say hi instead of just standing there waiting for my payment . Start a conversation with the customer, they are paying your salary, cause if it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t be in business.

I waited ten minutes to get a cup of coffee with the vanilla, and when I tasted it I found out that it wasn't my order, and when I came back the employee saw me and it didn't come until after six minutes, imagine a delay and also a wrong request.
