First of all, we walk in and stand at the counter for 5 min getting looked at by all the staff and not even acknowledged or helped, no other customers except us. the young man wiping a table just stared at me so I said is anyone able to assist us? He said he would. We ordered an iced peppermint mocha latte that has posters everywhere...we said it multiple times and he looked at us like we had 10 heads, I had to point to the poster on the window....he then proceeds to make us hot drink....I said no we ordered the iced, we were there like 20 mins to order one drink, then he doesn't even put the whip topping on and gets frustrated that we asked for it as is shown in the picture...like I felt like I was on a prank show the service and product was so bad, I just am baffled like what is going on. I really want to be refunded my $5.50 for a really bad drink and customer experience. Please can the owner rectify this.

This is hands down the worst Tim’s in WNY. Service is always slow and horrible. They’ve screwed up countless orders or forgotten items - sausage, egg & cheese and two hash browns? Why not a bacon on a muffin and no hash browns?
If you think the line is bad, wait until you see one clueless kid working the counter.
All I have to say is ... Ashley. I've never ordered from your place before maybe because I don't drink coffee? Anyway I work overnights, and decided to stop because the line wasn't around the building as usual(this was at 740 a. m., fyi, on the 16th.)and my kid said to try it so I did... let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air from the first second of contact. Makes you feel heard, important, guided me through my order it was amazing.. the lady at the window was wonderful as well, and brought Ashley to the window so I could tell her that even if I may end up not liking the food(which she hurriedly said is delicious!),I would come order again because of her. She really hits the spot when it comes to early morning blues ..thank you for hiring her, and the staff as well was very quick and everything was delicious, by the way .... Oh if you need to know I ordered 10 timbits, 2 egg and cheese scrambled croissant sandwiches, and a hash brown . Was amazing and I got 2 meals out of it!! Hope she gets to hear about this, as well as the young blonde lady at the window when I pulled up... Will definitely be back!!!
