the service in the store is terrible this is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to I was in the store for 30 minutes to order coffee this is the worst store customer service is terrible
The staff at this Tim Hortons are the rudest staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The "shift manager" lacks basic customer service skills and has zero conflict resolution skills. This location refuses to honor the Tim Hortons app. The way I was spoken to does not coincide with the values of Tim Hortons and ownership should be ashamed they employee teenagers with this attitude.
My mother was verbally assaulted by one of their employees for asking for her money back, when they were out of the food she ordered. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The washroom is clean, and the restaurant is a convenient spot for travelers. However, there have been instances of mediocre customer service. The coffee is Okay, but it was super slow. Tim Hortons had a turkey sandwich that literally surprised them!
