This tin Hortons location is horrible . Evertime I order they are messing something up . I ordered a bagel today it was burnt and barely had cream cheese on it . I was missing my timbits for my son and the coffee taste burnt !!!

Probably one of the worst locations for service around. Even when you order mobile pickup you have to go in wait in line and tell them you placed an online order before they even start making it. Workers at counter will take 5 orderes then start working on them and do them in order from least difficult to make to most difficult instead of the order on which they took them. All around complete Trainwreck of a location. And always double check if you order anything with almond milk or other dairy substitute as they don't pay attention to that well and have given me a drink with cream instead on at least two separate occasions. Not many of their store have great service but I honestly try and avoid this one at all times.

Probably the most incompetent folks working here that they could find. No matter what you order, they will end up giving you something else.
Three of them stood around while we waited to order. Finally what appeared to be the manager asked what one of the employees was doing and then asked him to take our order.
Ordered a hot cocoa muffin and didn't receive it at all. Had to go back to get that one and didn't realize the rest until we got home.
Ordered a chocolate chip donut and received a chocolate chip muffin.
Asked for a carmel macchiato and received a hot chocolate.
All the food was smashed in the bag too.

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. When we walked in, there were maybe 4-5 staff members talking to a customer who looked like their friend. They chatted for a bit and eventually the friend sat down. After that, they completely IGNORED us for over 15 mins. They could clearly see we were waiting and I even made eye contact with the guy. They weren't even busy, the place was empty. They were just talking to themselves. At one point they looked at us then moved further back to hide from us and laugh and talk to each other. Eventually one guy walked over and asked if anyone helped us yet, we said no and he just walked away to count money. And no one bothered to help so we ended up leaving.
Do not go to this location. There's a much nicer friendly location by the home depot.

If I could leave a zero I would. Absolute WORST service of any coffee shop I’ve ever been in. One girl was flat out refusing to wait on certain customers, left people standing to place their order for more than ten minutes while she was flirting with the other employees. They forgot to give us our six donuts and when we asked for them she took an attitude and was incredibly rude. Unbelievable that she can keep a job for an entire day. Plus the place was FILTHY.
Real bad location. Group of ladies working were vulgar and rude to customers.

I always had a good experience at Tim Hortons in Dubai. It was different here though. People taking orders were also preparing them. They took all my orders wrong - added sugar even though I insisted not to add sugar in the coffee. Also ended up with the wrong donut which they quickly replaced.
