Ive currently been standing here waiting to order a coffee for 10 min now theres no customers but me in here and its like im invisible. Finally got my coffee after 15 min and it tasted like water. Terrible staff, terrible location, terrible coffee.

I ordered a chipotle chicken meal and my Coca Cola was flat I also ordered a large chicken noodle soup with absolutely no chicken inside. I went from loving Tim hortons to hating this place customer service is always awful. The worst thing I did was leave the Seneca casino resort for this trash.
Got a large coffee for 3 bucks and it's delicious. I don't have Tim Hortons at home just Starbucks and I really want to move now!

Horrible customer service, they are rude, they laugh at people and get upset when you try to order something, they gave me my food in a box that looks like garbage, the tables are dirty and everyone acts as if they hate being there. Change all your staff.
