Well , I wanted to get some eggs,cheese and biscuits! I am soft spoken ,the lady at the register has hard hearing !!! Repeated few times got frustrated! Walked out ! She was telling me I am mumbling ??? I just can’t believe how these people get hired and want to serve food ???? It wasn’t pleasant at all but some how God is good got fresh food cross the street from the Denny’s, it’s was great at the Dennys !!!! It’s bad for the owners when they hire people like her at the Tim Hortons !!! No good

This is by far one is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to the staff is very sensitive to those who have a hearing disabilities and go above and beyond to communicate clearly staff have gone as far as using pendant paper to write things down to communicate with me as well as using their cell phone to text so I can read what they’re trying to say this made me feel really good

I recently visited a Tim Hortons and the experience was pretty average. The coffee was okay, but not as fresh as I hoped. It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either—just average. I expected a little better, especially given Tim Hortons reputation.

Very hit or miss. When it's good it's AMAZING. I think they just need to make sure their staff is trained a little better and BRING BACK SIMGLE POTS OF COFFEE no one goes to Tim's to get three hour old coffee.

We stop by to try donuts and coffee since we don't have Tim Horton where we live. The food and drink are good, but the customer service is awesome. They are so nice. We see them helping the other customers as well.
