I recently visited a Tim Hortons and the experience was pretty average. The coffee was okay, but not as fresh as I hoped. It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum. Very hit or miss. When it's good it's AMAZING. I think they just need to make sure their staff is trained a little better and BRING BACK SIMGLE POTS OF COFFEE no one goes to Tim's to get three hour old coffee.
We stop by to try donuts and coffee since we don't have Tim Horton where we live. The food and drink are good, but the customer service is awesome. They are so nice. We see them helping the other customers as well.
