This is by far one is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to the staff is very sensitive to those who have a hearing disabilities and go above and beyond to communicate clearly staff have gone as far as using pendant paper to write things down to communicate with me as well as using their cell phone to text so I can read what they’re trying to say this made me feel really good

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. Salaha Haider provided excellent service — very friendly, quick, and professional. The place was clean and the staff was welcoming. Highly recommend this place

I recently visited a Tim Hortons and the experience was pretty average. The coffee was okay, but not as fresh as I hoped. It had a slight bitter aftertaste, like it had been hanging around for a while. The donut I ordered was passable, but nothing great—a little dry. The service was also a little slow, even though there weren't many people. The staff didn't seem particularly motivated, and it seemed like they were just doing the minimum.
