This Tim Hortons has improved somewhat with regard to cleaning although it still needs attention. Also, I had to fight with trying to pull toilet tissue from dispenser. I understand the owner is trying to cut back financially but this should not be at the expense of the customer. Please get a more convenient tissue dispenser. Many had problems tearing off a proper amount of tissue as the attached picture shows. As soon as you pull the tissue out, it tears off. I'm also...

This is by far one is the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to the staff is very sensitive to those who have a hearing disabilities and go above and beyond to communicate clearly staff have gone as far as using pendant paper to write things down to communicate with me as well as using their cell phone to text so I can read what they’re trying to say this made me feel really good

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. Salaha Haider provided excellent service — very friendly, quick, and professional. The place was clean and the staff was welcoming. Highly recommend this place
