I ordered a sandwich and told them to change gloves when making it as I have allergic restrictions. They were discriminating against me because I made that simple request. Not coming back here again.

Worst Tim experience ever. Almost all of the items were delivered wrong. The person who took our order doesn't really care to get you what you ordered. Had to wait extra 20 minutes to get everything sorted.

We were there 9 25 25 630pm. The young man that made our food and gave it to us was very nice. The young lady that took our order was not very nice. She handed another customer their drink it made a mess all over the counter. She gave her another cup to set it in. When we walked outside that customer through her trash out of her car. A female sitting in the dinning room she might had been an employee was cussing for everyone to hear. The lady working the drive through was nice. I was disturbed with out visit. Some need to do better. Not all bad.

I can see why this location gets such awful reviews. You are not made to feel welcomed. Especially Miss B. Cold and unfriendly. Not all Tim Hortons are created equal. This is my third and final visit here.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the area. The coffee I ordered tasted horrible (burnt). The staff look miserable and the customer service is terrible. I ordered two things and asked for a fork. I thought she went to go get it. She opened the window and asked what I was waiting for. I reminded her again and she left. Another worker gave me a fork. I opened the box and the order was incorrect. I’m done with this place.

Today my father and I stopped at Tim Hortons to order some breakfast sandwiches and a large iced coffee.

The sandwiches were cold and only half of the English muffin was toasted. The iced coffee was done incorrectly and they added at least double the amount of stevia he asked for. The two young employees up front looked lost and were not on the same page. The young man running the register didn’t add the stevia until after the young lady handed my dad his coffee and my dad told her he still needed to add the stevia, he said hen used the spoon that was just used to stir another drink with out put the spoon in the rinse cup.

Also, there had to have been at least a few dozen flies in the restaurant. All over the lights and donut display.

I was disappointed by the counter person who never made eye contact or made me think she was talking to me and not drive thru, quite uncomfortable. Also my hash brown was just thrown in the bag, which is odd.

I go to multiple Times Hortons in and throughout New York State, Niagara Falls area ones have disappointed me...and I'm easy to please.

-500 Stars. Do not go here. The most unprofessional staff ever. Including the manager. It's a filthy mess. Personal conversations loudly. We stood there while everybody looked at us while they had their personal conversations and wiped things down. One person was seated nobody else was in the restaurant and there were about 10 people working there basically doing nothing. I ordered a turkey club and after I paid for it they told me they didn't have artisan bread and suggested a bagel or croissant. Really? I asked for Panini bread and they wanted to upcharge me ! Really ? Then the manager says to another worker maybe I'll make some artisan bread. I really like making that bread. Well obviously you don't or you would have it! This place is a joke.

What an absolutely dumpster fire. Staff was so mismanaged and all over the place. Line out the door what looked to be the ā€œmanagerā€ yelling at employees. Complete embarrassment from Tim Hortons. Didn’t end up waiting since it would have taken an hour

Went down the road and had a 1000x better experience. Don’t waste your time here.
