My wife and I were so excited to try Tim Hortons as we are from Texas for the first time. We visited on a Sunday evening in the drive-thru and wanted a decaf. Staff were so rude with no pleasantries. They ran out of decaf and they didn’t even have tea that we wanted additionally. Lady at the window handed us a coffee with no thank you or have a nice day and instead was talking to the next customer in line. Wasn’t the experience we hoped for!!!!

Visited today on Aug22, very unprofessional guy worked there and served me in this afternoon. I am visiting from Canada to this place and I thought it would be a great place same like Canadian Tim Hortons, but unfortunately it’s turned out to be a very disappointing place.
