THIS PLACE IS A TOURIST TRAP! You may say, "Well, I'm near Canada I need to go to Tim Horton's." NO. Starbucks still exists up here. We got the coffee and it was a MESS! The aftertaste was terrible. The front taste was bad. Everything about it was. I got a grilled cheese and they pit CHIPOTLE SAUCE ON IT. Who the Frick likes that? Steak and cheddar? More like cheddar because you aren't eating the meat of it. The only thing saving it is breakfast sandwiches and price. The breakfast sandwiches are great but basic. I could make them at home. They aren't anything special. The price is great, the average price is 5$ but that doesn't matter really. Go here for the experience then the Starbucks right down the street.

The coffee and food are good but if you come in the morning be prepared to wait a half hour or longer, they are EXTREMELY slow and move slow and slower. If you're coming to this location In the morning and you're In a rush do yourself a favor and try a different location. I got a number 6 combo,make sure you know what you ordered because these people don't care..Everything was just fine ingredients were fresh just the service is so slow. They need alot of help at this place...

I just wanted a cup of coffee. Line out the door during peak time. No employee had any sense of of hurrying and just didn't care. 3 employees in a huge hotel/casino taking orders is poor service. Wasn't worth it when I got it..all cream and a little coffee

Service is good. Food is good compared to other options. They don’t put out sugar, cream, stirrers, etc. You must ask for everything.Don’t bother coming to Niagara, the whole town is dismal.

Enjoyed the premise made lager and extraordinary sized portion meals. 8 oz burger was more like meatball flavor than straight beef. Beer batter fish was huge and perfectly cooked.

They were one of the very few places open for food service in the casino!! They moved us through quickly and efficiently and most often with a smile!!!!! The breakfast sandwiches were good and their baked goods were also. I highly recommend!!

It gets pretty busy here, but the staff has always been friendly and the coffee fresh and tasty. Quick and easy breakfast sandwich while dusting at the casino/hotel
About the same as Dunkn. I know that's sacrilege. Heavier cake based donuts It was fine for a quick bite or a snack I prefer Krispy Kreme

I’ve heard so many good things so I figured to give it a try.The service was friendly and quick but the donuts were just not good. We tried 3 different ones, Boston cream, peanut crunch and some honey donut.I was going to try their coffee and blueberry muffin but decided to just go to Starbucks after my initial donut experience.Just cannot recommend this place or these donuts. Maybe another location is better but not sure I want to risk it.
