Wednesday, February 26th in the late morning took forever to get a coffee. Staff were slow and seemed distracted. The day before (Tuesday) staff were happy, moving quickly and motivated.

The price of my meal went up $1 between the time I ordered and the time I paid. I had always chrged
On the morning of February 17th at 11:30, I went to this store and bought a lot of items, including a breakfast that cost around $20. I wanted to get an extra cup of hot water, but one of the staff members—a very tall woman dressed in an all-black uniform, who seemed to be the manager—told me that hot water required an additional charge. She directly charged me the price of a cup of tea, which I found very unreasonable. If I hadn’t purchased so much food and had only asked for a cup of hot water, I would have understood the extra charge.

disgusting the lady named Robin made my drink really horrible , i have never had a issue like this when i come there early morning but just because of this and my horrible drink i’ll give tim’s 1 star

The service was very poor as we've been served by a young man who has been very passive aggressive towards us over the course of a few visits. I had previously ignored his rudeness during our other visits but his demeanor hasn't changed and it's incredibly off putting and upsetting.

These people are absolutely disgusting. Running a FILTHY store. The men's washroom smells like rotten urine so bad, that I had to hold my breath. There's is an exposed broken ABS pipe right near the urinal. It would cost less than $50 to repair and cap that pipe. If they don't care about stuff you can easily see, it confirms how bad the stuff you CAN'T see is. Filthy, filthy people. Avoid this place at all costs. They need incentive to do better. To the management: You are in a border town and representing a classic Canadian brand in a tourist district. Shame on you, for this mess you are showing to OUR visitors.
