Wednesday, February 26th in the late morning took forever to get a coffee. Staff were slow and seemed distracted. The day before (Tuesday) staff were happy, moving quickly and motivated.

I ordered the Baileys hot chocolate. It tasted like regular plain hot chocolate and my husband agreed. I figured they just forgot, and would drink it like that. 3/4 of the cup down, it turned out was ALL THE SYRUP! They never stirred it! Stick with the plain hot chocolate, it was great lol. Had to throw away 1/4 though, due to the Baileys just sitting at the bottom.

The lady who took my order got it back wards. The result, my 13 year old only had half his breakfast. The previous review was from a year ago. On Thursday of this week I used the Drive Thru. They made me wait in the front parking area. When I left I realized they forgot my 20 pack of tmbits and a hash brown. I had to go back and get after a 10 minute drive. For this location the staff seem forgetful and poorly trained. For two years in a row they have been incompetent.
