Would rate the food 0/5 if I could, as I got tired of waiting after 50 minutes. Bring a lawn chair if you plan on getting a coffee in the morning as you’ll be waiting a while!

The washrooms were all dirty and unflushed, and the staff didn’t seem to care. It makes me worry about the cleanliness standards in the kitchen. My coffee they didn't have milk and used mini portion of milk which didn't taste well.

Great food, but terrible service. Their friendly service is selective, we’ve been here three times already and they have not been kind with us at all whenever we order our food. The lady taking our order was racist, and is only accommodating to customers if you look white. We asked for scrambled eggs for our meal, but they told us they didn’t as we saw a person getting a fresh batch as they make our order. Not only did she lie, she doubled down and told us it was for a customer that got here before us, which was also a lie since our receipt number was 330 and that person has a receipt number after 330, and yes, they were white. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you’re reading this, you know who you are.

Only thing is found i placed an order received it no problem but the only issue was my begal was sliced but not cut in to 4 places like other Tims locations and it was loaded with alot and mean atot of butter witch you do not need to put much on and the butter was dripping off the begal

I don’t see what the hype is about. My French vanilla drink tasted like plain water — no flavor at all. The location was busy with steady traffic and plenty of employees, and the staff were taking orders quickly with fast service, but the quality just wasn’t there. As a coffee lover, I was really disappointed. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place for coffee

Never tried Tim Hortons. Good coffee. Came in to only a few people in line. Ordered our coffee and it was ready to be picked up as soon as we walk to the end of the counter extremely fast. Coffee is warm, not hot. My wife said hers was hotter.
A Canadian favourite for coffee and donuts. There are also other food items for a light meal. This is in a busy location of Niagara Falls. Therefore, often it is very busy and the store not upkept. #letsguide #donuts

Very busy and not enough staff. We asked for a plain croissant and told they had none. Because the plain croissants we could see on the shelf were for breakfast sandwiches only. They also messed up our bagel order.

Waited in line just to be told their espresso machine has been out for a while. Frustrating to say the least however their regular coffee was still delicious and worth the visit.
The place was not clean or kept up with. Disappointed as the hype was not worth the visit.
