Food and service was good - they have almost all the variations of their donuts and it's fresh. However, the whole place is not clean and too crowded (and messy). Considering it's the largest Tims in the area, they should take a little extra care about their customers.
This is a large coffee shop with indoor and outdoor tables that serves a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks. It is located a few minutes walk up the hill from the promenade that overlooks the falls. The cream cheese bagels were quite good. There are decent toilet facilities. One disappointing feature was that we bought bottles of coke and asked for cups to drink out of. We were told that there would be an extra charge for cups. This seems very unnecessary.
Tim Hortons is delicious and this location was exactly what I needed. After seeing the falls we were a little cold and hungry and this was the perfect food. The line moved fast and we had our food quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy it was. Great place!
