There are a handful of Tim Horton coffee shops around Niagara Falls including this location in the food court area of the Fairview casino & shopping mall. Seems this is a 24 hour branch, there is food court seating a plenty. Otherwise, take your coffee and donut orders out towards the nearby lookout points for the falls. I am a regular customer at this time Hortons I always get Anna to serve me because I never have a problem with her service. She has excellent speed and always correct. I never have to wait more than 5 min when she is working
Anna service is fantastic. The only one who stops what she is doing and serves the customers. She is very fast and the order is always correct. She is the only worker who gets our order right at that store
