One star to initiate this review, as it should be negative 5 stars - Serving burnt coffee and egg white bites that are not even edible through the drive thru this morning was completely unacceptable. Avoid this franchise at all costs, as it will leave a bad taste in your mouth, literally and figuratively.

I used drive thru this afternoon.
The stench that wafted through the DT window is still lingering with me & in my vehicle. I was shocked & almost ill. They did however, get my order correct. Perhaps staff needs to be talked to about hygiene

Worst experience ever. I ordered everything bagel with butter but they burnt it and gave that to me. When I complained about the burnt food the employees were being very rude and shouted on me and were saying this is how it comes. The employees maybe don’t understand English because I told them it is burnt but they trying to be over smart and they just applied more butter on same one and gave that to me. At the end , have to garbage the bagel. Ridiculous customer service and poor food quality here. Never will going to visit here again.

Great location but poorly kept. Dining area not cleaned. Garbage and food all over the floor. Staff to busy to clean up, sweep or keep the place tidy. Really disappointed!!

When you go in anymore you become secondary to customers that go through the drive through, it used to be the other way around

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had an unpleasant experience. I ordered a coffee and had my own food with me as I was extremely hungry. While I understand that outside food is not allowed, I was already eating when the staff interrupted and asked me to stop. I believe it is inconsiderate to disrupt someone in the middle of their meal.
Additionally, on a separate occasion, I ordered a French Vanilla, but instead, I was given a Double Double. This mistake reflects a lack of attention to customer orders, which can be frustrating.
I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the overall customer experience.
I went around 12:28 AM (December 30, 2024) through the drive-through. The lady at the drive-through was not listening to our orders; she said she was not able to hear, and we almost had to shout our orders. She didn't even respond. Then, when we drove up, she was not responding to calls. This is one of the times I used to visit regularly, but in the past few weeks, the service has been very bad.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. Ignorant. Order was wrong after the employee took the order then up charged for a flavor shot that was confirmed during the order. Making a coffee 50% more than it should have been

Lost a tablet here a few weeks ago and staff refuses to give it back. Find My Device location tracking shows its still there. Ive gone in multiple times to get it back and keep being told that theres no tablet in the lost and found but it is definitely somewhere in the building. Id like it found and returned to me or ill be filing a police report.

This is my favourite tims in niagara region. But yesterday early morning i ordered from here and the egg had mold on it. I provided the feedback as well but did not get any response back.
