A coworker in front of me in the drive thru paid for my order but the worker at Tim Hortons still charged me my full price. Not sure if they just kept it and have a scam going. Use caution with this tim Hortons and paying for other people's orders.

Five years later and still same stuff. And notice the owner does NOt reply to any comments where people have had horrible experiences. Something is up with this Tim Hortons. I’ll be calling public health Canada tomorrow. I think they’re using old coffee grinds. I think this is happening at all Tim Hortons in Stanley lately because the coffee is literally so gross undrinkable. And that’s $2.00. I come here 3 x a day and same thing 3 x a day. I have to dump it l after first sip or two. And I do NOT know what they are using for milk- but this is now four times I’ve been sick from their coffee.but I’m filing a public health complaint. I’ve never been sick from coffee nor TH. So this is weird. Somebody actually also posted a TikTok video on this too lately. How all the coffee at TH is tasting old and bad. And how it’s not fresh. I think they’re double using the grinds so I’ll be filing a report with public health to have them checked to see if everything is okay. It’s crazy.
Normally I am okay with this Tim Hortons but I drove by tonight asking for a toasted bagel with butter. I thought it came out awfully quick but was on my way to the hospital, it was for my mom. When I opened the bagel, the butter was barely covering the inside of the bagel. It was stale and old and chewy so it had been sitting a while. Bagels are not CHEAP so at least take the time to toast the damn thing and spread the damn butter. Noone was behind me in line, noone was in the shop so NO EXCUSE for giving me an old bagel. Literally there was NO butter on it. The bagel was white!! I am irate. My mother hadn't eaten the hospital food and this was disgusting! Not to mention the coffee they served me was OLD! C'mon people, I don't care how slow it is or how many people you have but if I am making an effort to go there because I'm going to spend the next six hours in a hospital! Damn well make a bloody hot fresh coffee!

My experience is with some staff at the drive thru window. The order taker was nice and pleasant. The lady at the window was blunt, snappy, and rude. Can hardly understand her... No greeting. Just yells out the total and the scanner wouldn't work. She was honestly so frustrated and said it was my fault and my phone was the issue. She finally got it to work. I paid with debit and she doesn't even wait and is literally almost dropping the drinks into my hand. Doesn't bother to wait and is so rude. I told her to stop as I almost dropped the hott tea. I then made her wait to put my card away. She still continued to literally throw bags and another drink my way while her head was turned. No greeting, no manners. What kind of training do they give some people. If you hate your job that much then leave. Don't go here unless you like being disrespected 🙄

Tbh this the best place in life i have ever been. Reason being is that the staff is very good and polite even in the busy hours, been to the store few days back in the night , although it took a minute longer that usual for the order, but hats off to the guy who apologized for taking a little long as he was alone handling the store front. Truly hats off to the hardworking guys.

It's a place where you can relax and spend quality time with your family and children, both in terms of location and accessibility. We had a wonderful time with a wide variety of food and beverages, without ever getting bored. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. It had everything you need in a business. Thank you very much Tim Hortons and valued team members :)

The worst experience i have ever experienced in my entire Tim’s dine in. The general manager was too rude and disrespectful for no reason early in the morning. We came all the way from barrie and after long journey ordered coffee and kept head on the table to relax. She yelled “hey heads up, no sleep” and kept saying until did, treated like treating a philthy guy. Felt too bad. And hurt. We cannot tolerate disrespect. Everybody deserves to be respected. She's like its in the way we be. Wth, and also added that it makes others feel uncomfortable ,so its not the place to relax or put head down. She is highly rude and disrespectful. I was with my friend where we both bought our side and drink, relaxing, beside her i was resting. When she yelled, it made our peace go away.
