Third time going here and worse experience ever the whole observation deck was fenced off with a crane behind it so you couldn't see the waterfalls You had to fight to get a little view behind the fence they had put up which was nearly impossible because of the tourists were waiting in line to get to that spot and take about 55 pictures of each family member standing in this area ??? they should let people know when they're doing construction in the park and you can't see the falls because of this. People travel just for this. Won't be back anytime soon wasted trip...

Food is as very good and the view is impeccable. Only about a 15 minute wait and the service was good too. After a long day walking it was a great place to relax and refuel.

Sandra, our waitress, was exceptional and helpful. Lexia our hostess did a fabulous job also, considering the fire alarm went off while we were eating and everyone was helped out of the building safely and courteously! We will definitely return next year!

Food was bland. Chips were Well Done and no flavor. The chicken strips were decent size but once again, bland. We came in with kids so we only ordered burgers and chicken. Unfortunately, nothing we ordered had much flavor. The view is great!!!!

Great food at a reasonable price for the quality. Not super up-charged because of location. Sit indoors for best view.
Largest fish and chips my partner ever had. I had a Cobb salad that was perfection.
Pretzel was a great appetizer!
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Elevator access. Small ramp to each platform.

The servers are all so nice! They make you feel good.
It's spaceous that it doesnt feel crowded even if there were od course a lot of people.
I ordered pretzel coz I saw it on another table. I also got the chicken sandwich - big serving! and there were a lot of food that i want to try that looks great.
All in all great experience that I didnt expect.

Nice restaurant with a good view, but NOTHING vegan to eat. A burger with a vegan patty from Beyond Meat is offered, which we specifically ordered WITHOUT cheese, but of course it was delivered WITH cheese.
