I don't get to this area of the country very often. I was disappointed that there is no longer any seating as it is take out only (Elmwood location). This business is providing a service in a dying community. I hope it is still here the next time I am in the area.

Been going to this Sub Shop since 1964, best Sub’s in Town. I prefer Steak and Cheese with Cappacolla and Fried Mushrooms and Fried Hot Peppers and Lettuce and Tomatoes and Onions with Lots of Olive Oil and Italian Seasonings

If you want a good old violas sub, even though they have limited hours, be sure to visit the Elmwood Ave location. It is miles above the Military Rd location.

Always Good vibes when I go have never had an issue with service. My favorite since I was young so I've been eating here for over 40yrs. The go to place when we have visitors in town. This particular spot cause the Grill is seasoned so you won't get the same taste anywhere else there is a violas my opinion but Most will Agree. My uncles, Brothers, Any Family who come home MUST HAVE ONE before leaving. IT'S JUST AN ALL TIME NIAGARA FALLS STAPLE. Should be marked as a landmark of decades. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS WE ALL APPRECIATE AND LOVE YOU.

Vegetarian options: They are really Good at creating whatever you desire and will work it out for you these guys have awesome attitude and have been doing it for ages.. if I'm 49 and my mom is 69 she's been going as well since she was a little tike. My entire Family go to for submarines and pray many years to come. Love the Fact there Family operated and owned. The vibes are very nice and chill your in and out.

Parking: Your not in there Long at All so parking has never been an issue .I order I run and out. UNLESS we vibing and Laughing. Street parking on both sides a Long block. You will find a spot.Enjoy.

Kid-friendliness: They love the kids there is a few tables with seating for about 6 your child can have a seat at the table you won't be in There Long best to pre-order.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really there is a One cement step up to the Door. But in this case I would PRE-ORDER AND ASK that someone bring it out to you.I can almost bet your life it will not be an issue There very accommodating to All in most cases. ENJOY

🫤 I have been a lifelong fan of Viola's and I have encouraged SOOOO many people to try one of their sandwiches. UNFORTUNATELY the QUALITY has fallen dramatically over the last.couple of years. I and my family have seen a noticeable dropoff for a while now. But, I keep going back every few months to see if things have improved. Tonights sampling was so disappointing. Chewy , tasteless, and gristly steak...Little to NO seasoning...skimpy on the cheese. NOT AT ALL up to past standards. Please examine your quality parameters and make sure all your employees understand the reverence this shop has had over the years...and....how quickly that reputation can be ruined

Best subs ever!!! Cannot beat the steak and cheese. Everything else pales in comparison.

Always perfect! Best steak and cheese anywhere! Not only do I CRAVE Viola's steak and cheese subs, I can't even begin to tell you how many people I know, who have relocated from the area, that make it a necessary stop when they come home to visit. It's a thing in Niagara Falls! Although there are 2 locations, you can't beat the original on Elmwood!
